    Thank u so much u r a very good couch. I can perform presses to hs but i really have a problem with my chest sticking forward especially in pike press. What would be a solution to that??

      Hey! Well, it really depends, start by understanding if your shoulders flexibility is sufficient in order to perform a correct handstand with your shoulders in the correct place! Most of the time, the problem starts there.

    Nice video, thank you very much. Speaking of flexibility, any solution when you have poor wrist flexibility like me? I cannot go past 90° (I even cannot exactly go at 90°). So I cannot go forward :-(

      Besides working on that flexibility specifically, I would say that that is not a big limiting factor. You can easily compensate with your lower body flexibility or upper body strength for that.

    Can you Please make a video about begginer drills to increse that SPECYFIC shoulder strength??
    I was doing tons of HSPU, but didn’t see much carryover..

      Of course. Hspu can help, but the type of strength is still really different.

      Can you give us some tips about active mobility ? I have a good flat pancake in the ground, bu upside down I cannot compress enought

      @@stefanocattelan5475 Sure! Can you already touch the floor with your chest during a pancake position on the floor?

      @@theflexibilityguy yes, it take time and it's quite painfull but yes. But going in the position with my own strenght is a different thing
