This video is made exactly for me. I play with a friend who always beats me because he targets my one-hander and I try to do too much and I'm not good with the high balls. Thank you so much for this info!
My new favorite video. I've just been hitting slices when I get a high ball to my BH. Now I know what to practice next time on the court. I also like your suggestion about taking short balls on the rise, I usually wait too long and by then the ball is above my shoulders. Thanks.
Kevin great video. I use that high ball stroke on my one hander but I will drive it hard. If you setup early and shift your weight forward, you can hit a hard slicing ball which potentially can be a winner. This shot has surprisingly very good feel to it and for me, I can put the ball close to or at the baseline. I actually love hitting this shot and hope that my opponent gives this to me. Especially useful in crushing moon balls. After a few times, they stop giving it to me.
I hit one-handed backhand. How can I cope with low balls on the run on my backhand side? Slice only? I don't have time to hit a flat or top spin cause I can't get there fast enough and get my stance right and early. Two-handers can use their of hand to lift the ball on the run with the backhand. They seem to have more options than me.

Amazing video! Just what a lot of players could put to good use almost immediately!
As always, thank you Kevin!

Thanks for the great video Kevin. This really helps a lot as a player with an OHB!
This is great content Kevin 😎
This coach here have the best videos overgrip hands down.
great stuff!
visuals look sicker than ever
1hbh the master race 💪🏽
So would you say the higher the ball, the more open your stance should be? And conversely, the lower the ball, the more closed? Thanks very much!
Tell me about the wrist should the wrist be fixed before and at contact?
Attack my backhand, yeah, they quickly regret it
Sir , what kind of tennis ball machine are you using ?
I’m the opposite. I can only hit my backhand down the line. Any tips on how to get the ball cross court with heavy spin?

You have to bend your knees, finish your arm higher and have a faster wrist flick
@@userhsu thanks!
How about return of serve?
So, why did you switch to the one handed?
Somebody get this man a new overgrip

Nothing makes me happier than when i see my opponent has a 1hbh!

That’s his lucky grip. He has won many tournaments with it. 😂
