That is the most amazing setup! You have deluxified and totally pimped out SoB to the max! Well done, an impressive setup. A true labor of love demonstrated. It must be a joy to play! Just looking at it was a feast to behold. Again; well done!
That's some crazy upgrades! You must really like this game to put that much effort in, that's amazing! The paint jobs are incredible, really well done.
I would start with either of the starter boxes and see if you like it--then I'd buy the other starter box and follow by adding expansions as wanted. No need to buy a ton of stuff at the beginning as there is more content than you will ever possibly use!
Really great video! You've picked some good Kickstarters to support. I hope you keep on making videos. I like seeing how you keep creating things that you need, that aren't available or make you think outside the box in order to use for your needs. There is a new Sword and Sorcery Kickstarter that I'm backing. I hope it's as good as what's shown in your other videos. Thanks.
Amazing video - thanks for sharing. I am still finishing up painting the miniatures from wave 2, reorganizing all the cards and tiles (I'm glad that some of my storage ideas match yours). The stickers on the tiles to find them easier and the specialize card dividers are great. Also, your scanning and reprinting of the monster cards is a smart one and I really like the way to create the town folios - I need to update mine and I might copy your idea! Thanks for sharing!
Hello I watched ur table video originally when it came out and omg started watching old videos and glad to see your still making videos haha! I'm hoping we could get a intro video to kinda get to know you a bit better ! Cause all we know is ur an awesome gamer dad haha!
I really enjoyed seeing how you organized this game. I am going to borrow some ideas if you don't mind. The hanging file for sure. A possible solve for the initiative trackers: How about gluing a skinny rare earth magnet to the outside of each of the enemy card pockets? ....or just dropping one inside the pocket. It might hold the initiative trackers.
Wow! Some awesome ideas for game upgrades and accessories, buddy...I did not get in on the first kickstarter, but went all in for forbidden fortress...but, that hasn't stopped from accumulating an overwhelming amount of Shadows of Brimstone gaming materials....I would love to do something similar for the bullets. I has some old 22 cal. ammo, but not sure of the safest way to remove and replace the black powder... thanks for sharing all this...I will definitely take advantage of some of your ideas....Jim.
Our game group is working through Conan right now and when we are done, we might start up a SoB campaign. Once I figure out how Hexcrawl works, I may make a tutorial video.
To clean the resin mold release, Soak in Purple stuff then go over with a Toothbrush to get in to the tiny areas then wash and rince with regular dish soap to get the Purple stuff all off.
WOW really looks great, you must be well pleased with your efforts now you can get on with the gaming side of this. When you say you increased the size of the cannon did you inrease it from 28mm scale to 32mm scale (ie 115%) ?
Great Job! Can you tell me what size is your magnetic board is and a more input on how you completed the pieces the board etc.. Thank you and again great job!
I think mine was about 10"x7" but get one that can fit all of the tokens. Here is a link to the sheet that you will need to print out and then mount onto a magnet sheet before you punch it out with a hole puncher: tinyurl.com/34tfnmzf Hope that helps!
Hi Hope you are well-questions: Do you have a PDF for the resized reference monster cards and or where to get them as they are double sided and not sure how to resize for both size and print? Can you tell me what did you use for the flash powder, swamp fungus and herbs? Thank you and Take care!
@@henryachilles9401 Email me for the files: gbummer@gmail.com. For the flash powder, I bought black sand from a craft store (they have different colored sand available). For swamp fungus and herbs, I bought some plastic plants from the craft store (you only need a little).
would be nice if you can upload your scanned and shrunk monster cards on BGG so everyone can print them along with what stock you used to print them. Thanks.
@@gaminggeek241 I heard that FFP are kind of out of their minds and archaic with their copyright stuff, but the BGG file section already has full scans of all the enemy cards. I'm not sure shrunk down versions, for free, is in violation of anything.
Can anyone tell me what set the two-handed (spread in opposite directions) gunslinger figure with the red bandanna, shown in the first row center at 6:13 comes from? Thanks in advanced if anyone can answer.
awesome! haven't started painting my mine cart pledge yet and had issues with organizing it all. Like what you have done with the cards, tokens, etc. How did you shrink the enemy cards down and make them look professionally printed? They look great!
Can I ask you if there is a file with all your scanned enemy cards that you printed in smaller size. This seems like a life changer for using all the enemies without taking so much storage.
That list would be huge! Go to this link and it shows every single expansion: boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/146791/shadows-brimstone-city-ancients/expansions
The first minis you close up on are WWX minis. Also, there are not "thousands" of cards. Why do you say there are? Are there a lot? Sure. Thousand? No.

Thanks! Which expansions do you own?
I’m new to the hobby. I’ve only just found out about SoB and it really looks sweet. Just deciding which base to start down the rabbit hole.
@@ZebraCatfish73 You can't really lose with either base--if you really like the game, you can pick up the other one!
13:40 my heart almost stopped when I saw you drop your mini. Great video
Dude. Your skill at painting makes me want to cry. Amazing!
Honestly this is so amazing! It would be such a blast to do a game with

Amazing! Beautifully done - I enjoyed following your progress on BGG!
You are an inspiration. I thought i had done some nice work on my set, but you blow it out of the water. Excellent.
This is so cool. I wish I have you level of commitment for this game...
Holy cow man you are on another level. Wow!! I wish you were my neighbor.

Thanks so much!
Wow. Tons of useful tips. You are perfectionist. Do you work in an archive or library?
WOW dude crazy good skills.

Where did you get your nun?
I can't find any that are like that.
Do you happen have the image files for the town card sheets ring binders by chance?
great painting. I've chosen the quick base, dry brush, ink which makes them look ok, but not as good as your models.

Where does the tiny lantern come from?
Hobby Lobby, in the dollhouse furniture section.
I wish we were neighbors, I would have asked you to paint all of my models :-) :-)
Ha ha! I keep trying to get the others in my game group to paint their minis but no success yet!
Would be nice to find some nice normal guys into this hobby in my area. Great work.
How do you get the printing done?
