In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow full body seated HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout.
Seated HIIT workouts offer a low-impact alternative for individuals with joint issues or limited mobility, allowing to engage in high-intensity exercises while seated. These workouts can improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and endurance while reducing the risk of injury associated with high-impact movements.
Additionally, seated HIIT workouts provide a convenient and accessible option for individuals who may not have access to a gym or prefer exercising at home.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by, take breaks when you need to and have a great workout!

I am so out of shape. I let depression and other things get to me and I am struggling to get my health back. I enjoyed this series of exercises, even though I couldn't do some at the level I'd like, and also couldn't do the 2nd part. It isn't too tough, I can sit and do the best I can and maybe if I keep doing this for a while, I can start to make progress. Thank you!!

I can’t always do all the exercises, so I just modify, but just try to keep something moving, whether it be just my arms or just my legs or simply turning your head. It’s a positive step forward that you are even trying! I wish you the best!🙂
