The Allisons always ran so well in the days of boat racing, lm saying 60's thru the 90s. Im a Hydrostream guy and the only thing that can compete with me are Allisons!! Hats off to a fine boat !!#!#
I will give the rigger respect. That Allison looks to be dialed in about as good as a U Tube Vid can show anyway. Definitely has a nice round ear prop to carry the bow with very little trim angle. The Allison hulls amazed me with thier rough water ride also. They aren't a wave buster by any means but hold their own really well considering they weigh almost nothing. They are really close to being some of the best hulls available if you wanna go fast.
@@eddiep2508 how do you like the Allison? They look like they have a wider pad than a traditional hydrostream v bottom (vector or Viking for example) ......Is it an easier drive or more challenging? I would think it would be easier than something like a vector for example..... I don't know though I've never driven an Allison. I know you've driven a bunch.....and I know you had a y t previously but how does it compare to other V bottoms?
