Brilliant video! Thanks for sharing. Im just starting week 4. Unable to do single leg bridge and the single leg balancing effectively🫤 Up to about 50 degree flexion.
Wow! I'm at week 4 and my flexion really sucks. still at 80-90 degrees of flexion. My hams stay in spasm at the point of insertion, so back of the knee pain coz of that. Really want to be able to move forward and progress to these exercises.
Yo thanks for the video. But its impossible for me to do all this exercices lol… im at week 3 and i can maybe just the first exercice but not like you literally like u did in your video. I think that at week 3 we dont have this degree of flexion
Thanks for the video @sportrehabguide , if one is managing to do all of these exercises from the beginning of week 3, how many times a day do you recommend these exercises to be done?
Difficult to comment on your situation. However minor pain and tightness is normal post surgery. Usually tell patients minor to moderate discomfort during exercise is ok.
I wanted to ask a few questions, is taking creatine good for rehabilitation or not? is upper body training in the gym only with machines possible or is it better not because it affects the recovery of the knee maybe
Advice on creatine isn’t my strong point. Upper body rehab wouldn’t effect the knee unless you’re involving some sort of lunges/lands. If you’re seated it won’t have any bearing at all
Can’t comment on personal situations as there are so many facets to that question. For example are there many stairs to get to office, do you have opportunity to get up and move around when you want, does it still swell significantly, does your job require to walk a lot with meetings etc etc. Always best to check with consultant/surgeon/Physio/physical therapist etc
I'm still on crutches because my quad muscle above the knee does not fire so I take small steps in the kitchen holding on the counter. You will know when ur ready.
Great content 💪🏻

not everyone will be the same. Exercises cover week 3-6 so wouldn’t expect great range at week 3 but usually improve towards week 6
I'm at week 4, also struggling with quad strength and flexion.

Step climbing excercise has to be done with or without braces
What about feeling pain doing any exercises? Is pain normal or?
Im not talking about pain like ir hurt unbereable, put slight pain, tightness

Sorry. May i ask. How to start making step forwards if i'm not confidence yet to walk ? I'm in week 3. 😅
find someone that you can see locally that has experience in managing ACL's!

Is it allowed to do all these exercises beginning of week 3
?
It all depends on the patient. Sometimes no sometimes yes 🤣
How many reps?
I usually prescribe little and often at this to patients. Not really about specific sets and reps at this stage
