Just another example of the poor business model brought to market by Henrik Fisker.
I have a great administration for the Fisker employees current and past. They have continued to make the service and OTA's work. They do it knowing the company will likely go down in flames.
Unfortunately ethics and morality are abandoned for the almighty dollar. Fisker used sustainability and non-polluting battery power to leverage his EV into the future of the automobile. He released an unfinished product. The car is a beta test proving to be a lemon.
As I said before. This car could have been a winner under proper, experienced leadership.
Most of the Fisker Ocean owners have had to obtain service. We are thankful for the dedication of the employees that work for us.

Hate to say if, but trying to get any damages out of Fisker is like blood from a stone. It ain't gonna happen.
Now you know why they’re thinking of closing their California HQ. The squeeze-out(shorting operation) got rid of the class-actions generated by share price declines, so this is all in keeping with management style.

We're witnessing the implosion of Fisker in slow motion...Magna's negative assessment of future production, closing Cali office, employee lawsuit. Drip, drip, drip. Henrik and Geeta pretty much invisible these days.

Tough to see
I do see a lot of bad management and operations that Fisker is tackling, due to their own misguided management. However, when it comes to lawsuits like this there is often greed and attempts to get what you can while the getting is good. Meaning the opportunity is there as opinion is on your side, however the getting might not be so good as will this lawsuit get any financial reward from a bankrupt company? This could be a very legitimate claim, so I am not suggesting it is not. But we do know how much greed there is in society today where everyone is claiming legal damages. So, while this is out there with other claims, lawsuits, and huge financial damage we do have to sit back and not jump to conclusions. With all that is piling up it does lead one to believe that things really are amiss here and that this could, indeed, be relevant.
And now you start to wonder, if the majority of this is true, how structurally sound is the Ocean. If they cheated contractors, mistreated and underpaid employees, did they cut corners regarding the manufacturing of the Ocean which will be seem after some length of ownership. You have to start wondering how sound the Ocean is as Fisker seems very unsound at this point. What a constant and consistent mess.
How greedy is it to ask for the money one is owed?
What sort of person spends money suing a bankrupt company?
One that got ripped off by their employer.
@@darren6110 But even if he wins his law suit, he'll never get a cent out of Fisker, and he'll have to pay his own legal bills.
I don’t blame the individual for trying, but I’m not sure what they can get, but as an auto industry technician of twenty years and knowing a Fisker tech, those individuals are in a rough spot, and they’re getting hosed right now while they give it their all to take care of the customers, so maybe there is something to be gotten from this for the employees that are surely getting shorted on their pay.
I sat through three interviews with Fisker and it was an interesting process; in the end I had too many weird feelings about them and the process and their tactics, and I’m so glad I didn’t go and work for them and took another job in the EV sector instead.
The ones who want to get their claims ahead of others when it's time to divvy out the remains in bankruptcy court.
As many people remind me hourly in the comments: Fisker Inc isn’t bankrupt yet.
