    Hearing you talk about the feet and extremeties.. months ago when this posture restoring journey began, spirit was telling me to start by rebuilding my foundation. start with the feet, etc, etc. never ceases to amaze me how intuitive we really can be.

    ❤😂Thank you for all of your videos. I'm 74 with multiple health problems and I am beginning with between the toes, the feet and the calves as well the breathing techniques.
    I have had 35 years of restless leg syndrome and feet and leg cramps and now have neuropathy in my feet and legs. What a horrible condition as it affects every area of my life including my sleep and my balance. I am making some progress but the main thing is that due to your work this is the first time in a long time that I feel hopeful of regaining my health.

    Do you have any knowledge of the effects of being born with a short tongue tie? It restricts tongue mobility and posture. A tongue tie is an "extra piece of fascia" that shouldn't be there, according to my dentist. It can create speech impairments, neck tension... among other issues.

    Great information, thank you. Posture is a reflexive function of the body, perhaps checking the function of the PMRF (Pontomedullary Reticular Formation ) would enhance your work? Just a thought.🧠

    Could you please advise if people with hyper mobility are good candidates for your method, i just started a exercise program that also started with the feet with foot curls, and now I can hardly walk, I also went to a chiropractor who said I have one foot shorter than the other and and then did a adjustment and hurt my ribs bad, it’s like everything I do makes me worse, help.

    I'm working with an osteopath to heal an old injury (I broke my tailbone and didn't even know), and a couple of really painful compensations from years of physical work. But as soon as I feel that I can do these exercises without hurting myself, I will definitely enroll! 🩷 I have learned so much from your videos and podcast, can't help you enough Diana!
