If you're gonna take the time to get a CDL you may as well go ALL THE WAY! Get the Class A CDL with all of the endorsements. Even if you never drive a semi, get it anyway! That way you are not limiting your income earning potential. If the lane you're in begins to slow up you can transition into another lane with ease. 40% of the load goes to the truck. 40% goes to the drivers (to split, fuel paid by the drivers). So if they make $1500 a week each driver - that means the truck is getting $75000 a year easily. Figure 4 years to pay $300,000 or 6 years pays $450,000. So it doesn’t take as long to make money to pay for that rig. Also consider they are driving much shorter distances than most trucks. Expediter has a program to help new fleetowners for their driver's. You can try Load One, Expeditus, or Tri-State as a solo driver. The smaller companies usually have very unprofessional dispatching services so be diligent in your research. W2 driver's starting out average 800 to 1100 depending on the company and circumstance. Me personally I only drive as a independent contractor it's a huge difference in pay and I do fine with taxes.
Fleet elite when i said this. I was saying i might be overqualified due to the company can get someone with a class B with X hazmat and tanker endorsements. The class A folks just drive the regular tractor trailer combination. I got a hold of a few panther, landstar and fedex custom critical. Says most folks are class B.
I've always loved the idea of Expeditor trucks but why not grab a truck UNDER 26,000 where you don't have to have ANY special license, yank the box and find a smaller one, and then custom fit a decent sized sleeper off of a wrecked truck or something along those lines? After all, it's extremely rare to see one of those boxes over 20' long because they always have a massive sleeper in front of them!!! Or just grab a regular box truck that might already have a sleeper custom built on to it? Or maybe grab some type of motorhome toter that already has a sleeper and then put a box behind it where the hitch/5th wheel usually are? Also being this kind of work where you need to get stuff to customers A.S.A.P. if you had one of the lighter trucks, you would be exempt of weigh stations holding you up!!!

If your paying a trucking school to teach you how to drive trucks why limit yourself just to a class b when you can have a class a for around the same price
I got my class B from a public school district. Free and no contract to stay with them. The only downside is you will have an auto restriction, so no manual transmissions, but for a free class B? I think I can live lol. Not to mention you'll also have two endorsements right out the gate, I also added tankers and will be getting Hazmat soon enough!
Ayyyy shoutouts to TC!!! I want this truck so bad, but I'm a vagabond at heart. I would have that type of lifestyle with a passport if I had the money.
They only take teams. Their contact info is listed on every video on the channel. But no - you are not home everyday. The nature of ‘expedited’ is a business has a ‘critical need’ and they pay well to get it there ASAP. That’s the general nature of their business. They are out for weeks at a time. The good things are - they chose what loads they want/don’t want. When they are off - they take several weeks at a time.
Well, it's been a good minute since this video was posted, but right now, Panther is willing to pair you with someone, and no experience for Class B drivers wanting to drive a straight truck.

The smaller companies usually have very unprofessional dispatching services so be diligent in your research. W2 driver's starting out average 800 to 1100 depending on the company and circumstance. Me personally I only drive as a independent contractor it's a huge difference in pay and I do fine with taxes.
Im over qualified with my class A? :’(
Fleet elite when i said this. I was saying i might be overqualified due to the company can get someone with a class B with X hazmat and tanker endorsements. The class A folks just drive the regular tractor trailer combination.
I got a hold of a few panther, landstar and fedex custom critical. Says most folks are class B.
Fleet elite 2:21
is the straight truck box longer then 26ft of longer
So if I have ClassA I can’t drive a D truck?
Wow back up camera
I wish they had company driver trucks.
Good one brother
Thanks brother
Me and my wife would love to do this please send me the info
Backing up is stressful?? Maybe if you have no idea of how to do your job.
Yup! I never have a clue, but I try my hardest
Hi 70 year old kenworth W900 super trucker
I see what you're saying, but the truck does have to be dock high and it could go over 26k pounds with a load
I have a class A CDL how do I apply & reach you I'm very interested in getting started
Do you need to be a team ?
Because I’m solo
Where do I buy this kind of truck new
Why are they called expeditor truck, looking for company that hires solo
it has a camera......that was awesome😂😂😂😂😂👍👍
🤯
Hey Mai I want to got to that business and I have cdl what to do first
Hi Just for fun, did you ever get into driving one of these?? My wife, and I drive one. Let me know if you have questions.
If you are a new truck driver. All you need are 2 things to start your career. A trucker Gps and a headset. Checkout my recommendations that I currently use and love. www.amazon.com/shop/theasianmaishow?ref=ac_inf_hm_vp
What's going on bro! Great video.
Chillen brother. Trying to give you as much good vids as possible!
How is a Class A licence a downgrade??
It's not. But you'd be goin from a combo needing a class a to a strait truck only needing a class b.
What school is going to teach you for a Class B? All the trucking schools I have researched teach class A only.
Dropping gems!
🙌
Expedited is appealing, if you’re into the team lifestyle, which as he said is what that niche is about more so than not.
🙌♥️
Nice. Where is this Co. @?
Ayyyy shoutouts to TC!!!
I want this truck so bad, but
I'm a vagabond at heart. I would have that type of lifestyle with a passport if I had the money.
♥️
Class a ready to go
He don’t hire class A driver’s?
What is the name of the company?
How do i get started doing this
Tell me how?
Is that regional or OTR?how many weeks on the road before I can comeback home?
What's the name on the Company?, I think I missed it in the video
With Class A you cannot have Diabetes problems, with Class B is that the same or does not matter?
if you are on insulin then you would not be able to pass your medical exam.
@@alexneil9116 What if you are borderline diabetic but not diabetic and on meds for this reason
i want in
Are they own operators or just drivers.?
Good question🤔
Owner ops
@@MuthaTrucker , thanks for the reply I wad thinking they are just drivers.
What’s the chance of doing it solo
Good Video information.
🙌
I have a class b I want to get my class a just to have it
Do we have to buy our Truck or they provide the Truck for us ?
So $120,000 for 2 people before expenses like fuel, taxes, repairs, truck payment, insurance, ext? If so then that sounds like a break even.
What's the link
What if you have the endorsement and no experience wherer do I stand?
zero experience needed. But u do have to have a teammate
You do now make any money I made a little over 100000 but only took home 40000 and with gas this high you would be a fool to get on these trucks
Is the truck provided?
So its really 5 figures per person.
No.
You won't make 5 figures per person take home, not even close.
Taxes!
@@b.atwater3904 10 grand is 5 figures.
Can I do this and be home everyday? Stay out when I want to?
They only take teams. Their contact info is listed on every video on the channel. But no - you are not home everyday. The nature of ‘expedited’ is a business has a ‘critical need’ and they pay well to get it there ASAP. That’s the general nature of their business. They are out for weeks at a time. The good things are - they chose what loads they want/don’t want. When they are off - they take several weeks at a time.
Must have been a cold day
Nice vid
🙌 Thanks brother
Does he try to find you a partner to team with or do you need to come in through the door as a team?
Yup
I think u need a team first. But email
Well, it's been a good minute since this video was posted, but right now, Panther is willing to pair you with someone, and no experience for Class B drivers wanting to drive a straight truck.
Do they do solo drivers
