This is closer to 300,000 I'm sure of it.
This house would for sure be 400k+. I’m sure land is not included. You can’t even get a mobile home on land for 200k in San Antonio. I live here and have been house shopping for a year now. My current home was purchased for 365k two years ago and we are selling for 500k right now. Its on a tiny lot. It’s comparable in style to the house in the video.

I was raised in Nebraska went to undergraduate school at UNL! You’ll love it here in San Antonio! I’ve been here since retiring military, 15 yrs now. I live in new Braunfels which is between San Antonio and Austin.

Why has there been a trend in making master bathrooms without a tub? This has been a major turn off for me with new home builds.
@ Gina Robertson same here. I need my baths. My first home I purchased in the 90s had a jacuzzi tub and shower. I miss it so much 😭
Because bathtubs are dangerous for some people. And small showers can be too. It's much safer and nicer to sit in a chair or on a bench in the shower. It's even better if you have two benches, one on each side of the shower, which are about as far apart as your legs. That way, it's really easy to reach everything you want to use in the shower, and it's also much easier to shave your legs. Plus, you don't have to worry about falling and breaking your neck, and you can be in there a while and really have a spa experience, especially if you have a rain shower head, for example, and a handheld shower. I think one tub in the house is enough. Especially as you get older, it can be a nightmare trying to get in and out of the tub all the time. I wish houses had more features that appealed to an older age bracket - like lightbulbs that are easy to replace and appliances you don't have to bend all the way over to use.... But I think bigger showers and bigger, more functional bathrooms are a step in the right direction, personally.

The price $200000+ is not too bad. But the lay out isn't right. The master with the detach bathroom is not practical, and the living room too small. Also, where are the closets?
Is this upper 200s or lower? We have been trying to buy a home in the low 200s in the nw area since 2020 every realtor has let us down so far and show us something way over what we have requested. If it’s in the low 200s I would like to get in touch!

Ofc “not so much”. A safe nice neighborhood you’d be looking at mid 300k to 400k.
This is a completely new neighborhood and right now I believe it mostly has military families so I would say it is pretty safe.

Hey Christine!! You didn’t miss it lol. This is a model home what wasn’t fully complete. It will come with a fridge but it wasn’t in there yet. Also, there was an option for a tub as well

You didn’t miss it 😂 I discuss it in most of my videos. This is a model home and they replace the garage initially with offices for the builders staff. Once they finish with the home, they install the garage 👍🏼

Not true sir. There are certain homes that you can not buy cash but this was not one. Also, the homes that are for low income are very rare. You shouldn’t come across those often.
