This is a beautiful home perfect for us single professionals But to things are missing one is i don't see a big tub in master bath and what would make this a perfect home is a screen in pool in that back yard That sits between the master and garage so that would be the first thing you see everytime you come in the front door 😁 Are the design plans for this home and build materal list forsale??

Theres ways to position the furniture in the living room space so that it will function. The staging is all wrong lol. They need a sectional or a long sofa. Or maybe where the dining area is, that can be the living room space, something needs to be shifted, lol because that looks odd 😁 The master bedroom needs a tub. and so does the hall bathroom. other than that I love it! I love all the marble because I don't like wood floors. All that white, is so beautiful and it makes it seem like it is larger than what it is! I love this home! I would just want carpet in the bed rooms too!

This model homes must cost 250k more with all the options put in, for a total of 600k price. No way it's 350k homes, it's base price at 300+ and no way it looks like this one.
