This house is extremely beautiful, but for a home like this it's way too small. First off you buy a home like this and there's no movie theater, no private office, no swimming pool, no sauna, basically this is a home for a professional who's either single or simply dating. As I said in the beginning the home is very pretty, but that's just to cover up the fact that it's extremely small, and for almost 400k you can go a little less glitz and get some actual size.

@@awesome792 I get your point, but it's an open concept home....that living room isn't in the kitchen...there is plenty of space between the living/dining room area, and it flows beautifully into the kitchen.....that's the best part about having no obstruction from walls..it opens everything up, and for the price, it's a steal, especially compared to the Bay Area where I live....a shitty 3 BR, 1,500 sq. foot home will easily run $1.2M.....now that's gangsta, for all the wrong reasons.....lol

I bought mine 6 years ago 150k 2000sq ft. 2 olympic size pools, baseball/soccer fields, trails, dog park, and huge party house all can use and its nice. Now my home can sell for $270k. I cant complain. And i approve for these making way less than my cali customers.

Now that's what a house is supposed to look like usually when you show a house very expensive or really cheap I usually tend to not like something in the design aspect but this was just sooo perfect and God bless you as well.

This house is extremely beautiful, but for a home like this it's way too small. First off you buy a home like this and there's no movie theater, no private office, no swimming pool, no sauna, basically this is a home for a professional who's either single or simply dating. As I said in the beginning the home is very pretty, but that's just to cover up the fact that it's extremely small, and for almost 400k you can go a little less glitz and get some actual size.
