When you first went upstairs I believe you missed the bedroom directly to the left which would make this absolute dream home a 5 bedroom! Excellent tour and one of the most nicely done interior balcony setups I think I've EVER seen as well!
I notice that too.. but if you were going to look at it... That door it leads only on the 2nd bedroom. If you notice too on the 2nd bedroom wherein he didn't open the door near into bed. And the door that he couldn't open I guess it is the another bedroom. This House it has 5 bedrooms I think 1 master bedroom 1 bedroom with 2 beds (2nd flr) 1 bedroom with full bath (2nd flr) 1 bedroom behind of the kitchen 1 locked door. (I guess it is probably a bedroom. Wherein it is the above flr of master bathroom. This video is very nice. It is beautiful house and for me this is one of my ideal house.
@@bobsmbln9099 yep I've seen other tours of this house, it's absolutely gorgeous and that owners bedroom takes the cake, the upstairs bedrooms for the kids with the movie theatre right in the middle... However the downstairs is a bit... Idk thrown together, it's got 2 living rooms and then a super small kitchen and then an extra open room with no clear purpose, back yard is amazing as well. However my dream home is literally perfect with the Grand Homes Grand Hamptons model! If I could shoehorn this 2 story owners closer into that house with this backyard (not hard to do if we're building) I'd die a happy family man lol

This is the prettiest home I've seen so far, especially the view of the den upon first entering. But I would make a few minor changes to the layout. I'd make the gameroom larger and add a wet bar. I would also move the theater room downstairs. The 2-story master closet is beautiful but I'd rather have his/her closets. And I would improve the "flow" of the upstairs and make all bedrooms en suite. I've read Newmark will help you custom design your home.
