Crazy how this house was 2.7 million right before the pandemic and then 3.4 during the pandemic and now 5.7 million
Hi Jide, most likely this is due to the base price being compared to the model home price. Base price with new builds do not include upgrades or the lot. The lot could be a big portion of this difference, and also the outdoor living space. And most homes even with upgrades don't come close to the model home level of upgrades that include interior design touches. These also come with the furniture. Should be fine, even with the most aggressive sea level rise estimates for the next 100 years....it is far enough from the coast....may be worth even more as it will be closer to the ocean ;) Personally I wouldn't be buying anything under 10' above sea level. Thanks for watching! Mike.

Stunning home! GL Homes have amazing interior designers. Curious to know which firm they employ.
I'm not sure either. They may have internal people who do the design. I know Master Interiors do many model homes for other builders, and they do a good job also.

💰 MONEY IS GOOD 💰😩
Just a note about bathrooms: to be a FULL bathroom, it must have all 4 fixtures -- sink, toilet, shower and tub. With only a shower, it is a 3/4 bath. That is why a room with only a sink and toilet is called a half bath.

It is a beautiful house, but I laughed so hard when I saw the warning sign in the living room: "CAUTION High Gloss Tile Slippery Floors"
Honestly: that is exactly why I never ever would buy a house with these floors, no matter how gorgeous it looks. I love to be able to walk through my living room without being extra cautious. IMHO a good design combines function and looks and does not sacrifice function for looks.
Nice house, only thing I would have done different is instead of two showers in the master, maybe have one a sauna or steam.

The house is AMAZING I love it, the only thing that is not my taste is the double bathroom in the master suite and I didn't see a closet in the bedroom on the first floor; besides that, I would buy it.

You put more time showing a dish washer than showing the garage. Men want to see the garage and a man is more apt to buy this home then someone who cares about the dishes.

Hi Rene, I am a garage person too...I have my garage air conditioned and very well organized, so I get it. Problem with models though is many times they lock the garage as they store materials in them, or have sales or building offices in them, or even maintenance supplies.
