Beautiful, stunning, gorgeous property. That master room, we’re those sky lights I saw; and the closet is a dream. Love, loved that office off the upstairs, very different. The only area I see a bit lacking is the backyard eating area, a little too small in comparison to house size. Also more green trees and covered areas would be nice, but it’s not a deal breaker. I would move in and not change a thing. LOOOOVE IT😍😍😍😍😍

Beautiful home! Great first impression, but the master is on the small size. Nice 2 story closet, but would have loved to see 2 separate closets his/hers. Bath room are closet are too close in proximity with no separation. Kitchen is small and weirdly too close to the front door.

Nicely put together home for a professional couple with small family and friends to entertain. The neighborhood looks nice, new, the ponds make the space more desirable. Someone commented about the kitchen being unsuitable for people that actually cook but I think they bypassed the large pantry around the corner from the kitchen which actually reduces the clutter in the kitchen. This house is classy and the interior design choices are better than what I've seen in some new custom homes - you can really tell who has well thought out ideas and taste in style and who really doesn't. So for taste and style I would say this house displays quality choices. I keep looking for basements with these house tours I see online and I'm surprised so many high priced homes don't have basements. Whats up with that. I dunno, to me, if a home doesn't have a basement they need to shave off a couple hundred thousand at least. But that's just my opinion.

I'm guessing it's because it's a model home. A lot of model homes usually don't have a drive away (not sure why). I think they add in a drive way after they are ready to sell/sold the model home.

Why would anyone spend that kind of money to be right on top of each other and have a home owner association to tell you what you can and can't do?
@@axnlogix Its annoying. Like for example I live in Florida and even though I’m a renter, I’m renting a townhouse and the HOA is saying I cannot install security cameras outside even though my landlord who owns the home doesn’t mind. The benefits are they make sure the community looks nice and can enforce certain things like not allowing for street parking overnight and noise ordinances.

Very nice property, and a good value compared to The Heights, if you go by $ per sq ft. $1.9 typically gets you 4,000 sq ft on a 6,000 sq ft lot in The Heights.

Beautiful home (odd layout in some rooms, but still beautiful), and the furnishings were nice. Some of the placement of the furniture is off though. For example, If you are going to place chairs/sofas in front of a window, they need to be centered. And the placements of the beds in that one room is elementary (meaning it looks like 2 3rd graders designed it. I hope that's not too critical. You know social media, everyone has an unsolicited opinion lol. Good luck.

I humbly disagree. This is not an estate but rather a McMansion.
For starters, the house isn't really that big...5700 sq ft is nice but a bit on the small side (for an estate).
The house itself takes up most of the property (only 1/2 acre) leaving little space between neighbors and almost no space for any accessory buildings or structures. Privacy is the key to any estate, and you won't get much privacy when you can hear your neighbor's yelling next door (or they can hear you). I don't see how you could put a tennis court, a basketball court, or any other extra building on the site. You might be able to put a small sport court?
But the killer for me is the formal dining room right off the entrance.
That is an unforgiveable design faux-pax. I know people today are all for "casual" dining, but no estate is a bistro/causal eatery where you can enter and sit down to eat. The high ceiling in that dining room, though, is nice as is the curved staircase (but if it was freestanding, it would have been better). The pool seems to have a bit of an infinity edge, so that is nice too.
Lastly, I've looked at more pictures of this house...how do you get your cars into the garage? There seems to be a car pad for parking but no connection from that to the road...only a walking path. Maybe it has since been upgraded.
