There are many beautiful places and homes across this country but its the people within those communities that will unfortunately determine your experience in that area wherever you decide to buy so its important to try to live around sane logical rational people if possible, with that said let me say this property is simply beautiful i suppose the only issues i have would be more privacy in the back around the pool and overall house or at least some space from neighbors house aside from that the theater room needs to be enclosed at least for me perhaps tinted glass slider js but still overall very nice.👍

Price is way to high... extremely too high.
Especially being in a sanctaury city...
Remove the land, which is maybe worth 100K and you're at $300 ft build and get: an all stucco exterior, all secondary baths use lower grade plumbing fixtures and don't use seamless glass, no crown molding and shoe molding is simple 1x6, secondary closets have no built ins and are not fully boxed, pool decking is poured, outdoor kitchen is poorly placed and small, kitchen appliances are Jennair but at that price should be Sub/Viking, garage doors look to be metal. This is just the easy stuff to see This is a very nice home but it's being oversold for the inputs and there isn't a tree more than 10 ft. tall within 5 miles. Partners, who's the builder is selling a 2.0M home in 77057 where the land cost $750K and the house is the same size. You do the math.
This house is more my style. In fact I hear the whisper in my ear "Gwen buy me" the only thing it's missing is a crafting room. Another great video!

You said it correctly sugar, this house is for 'entertaining'. This is not for actual living.
The fact that the Master is less than 20×20, doesn't have a fire place, doesn't have access to the patio, and doesn't have a proper sitting area AND the fact that their are no wall cabinets in the bathroom...is crazy.
Also, there are alot of cheap materials in this home. From the vnly flooring to the travitine. The way this home is currently spec'd the price is probably close to $2M so why on earth do they have vnly flooring and travitine that you can get in a starter home? How many linen closets did it have? What about the pantry?
I think I am getting very very jaded by the open floor concept. Once you have seen 50, you have seen them all. The fact that this is a custom home but yet there are no door handles on all bathroom/laundryroom doors except for in the master and guest bathroom.....the kids bathroom upstairs don't have door handles either....how much is this home again?? 😂😂😂

I love this style of home tour. The only thing I will ask is to include monthly costs and lot sizes. Things like HOA fees if any, taxes, electric etc. (as of today of course) -just to get an idea.

This home is much more beautiful than the 3.2M house i was looking at in illinois. We went to go see it n heck no not worth the money.

Do your homework before to buy, it doesn’t matter if the house is 10 millions or 1 dollar, if the area gets flooded the water will rise, the developer can’t warranty that an event like that will never happen………btw the house is nice

I've seen homes in Tennessee for 4 Million and they have no yard, pool, outdoor kitchen, or pool house... LOL... Nice homes that look as if they are built to a 1-2 Million dollars standard but they lack land and pools for the 4 Million dollar price they asking for.

All that black and brown and beige decor makes me feel DEPRESSED. I need color to feel alive at home. And in Arizona we have 6 foot or higher block stuccoed walls surrounding our back yard for complete privacy from neighbors, unlike this community with see-through fences. Nice house otherwise.
