Beautiful home/very neutral themed!! My favorite of the tour - the huge primary BdR with the doubled, glass French Doors opening to the covered patio. Romantic!! The master bath with not only a contemporary stand alone bathtub and separate his/her sinks, but dual entrance, generously spacious stand up (and sit down 🙂) shower!! Let’s not mention the huge walk in closet. Overall generous storage and shelving through out the home. Great tour. Thanks for sharing! Take care!

And the windows in the bedroom. And that it's sitting on an acre. I would love to have a his and hers water closet!

Home has beautiful outside appearance, however not a fan of downstairs layout or walls colors. Not a fan of wine room at entrance of home. Laundry room is nice but strangely located. Nice and comfortable patio. Thanks for showing Marcus. I appreciate your respect and honesty regarding each building company of the homes you show. Great job!
Love this one! I could stand for way more color in the decor, but I know it’s a model home. I notice a lot of picture windows that don’t appear to open in these homes. Am I right? I love being able to open windows in every room to get fresh air during cooler temps, not to mention as a fire escape. The thought of having rooms with windows that don’t open feels a bit claustrophobic to me. Are there any style of picture windows that are made to at least crack open a little? If not, I hope someone invents it soon because I love the picture window look. Maybe I could do one center picture window flanked by two that open.🤔😊

This house is not worth $2.4 million. It’s in Tomball for one. The HVAC registers should be linear, not cheap standard square registers. The closet has standard white painted shelves you see in $300k houses. Did I see carpet in the master closet and smaller bedrooms?! So cheap. The HVAC ducting is the cheap flexible ducts that are not properly installed. 19:48 you can see some of the ducts are severely crimped with tgese thin straps. Also toxic spray foam insulation in the attic. Just very poorly constructed house for $2.4 million.
I'll give it a 8 out of 10. Why, because that bar in the living room seems tacky. and another point off for the primary room, the double his and her vanity and closet.. the man of the house sink is too small and it had room to bring it to full length and "closet" is extremely small.. other than that dopeness.

The floorplan is a bit strange, the bar is too big, the laundry room is in the wrong place (that should be an office), and there is enough space to put two nice-sized islands in the kitchen.
