Oh wow, I really love this home. And shoutout to whomever does your thumbnails because the house was even prettier there! It's a gorgeous home and so well staged. Black and white can be very stark, but the designers brought in so much warmth with wood tones in almost every room.Chef's kiss. And the layout is a dream. My dream house can have 100% of its living on one floor and an upstairs game room. This one even has an extra bedroom up there! Good place to stuff grandma when she visits ;)
Watching from Cleveland Ohio but im originally from San Antonio when i saw the outside of this home i said to myself that this house is in San Antonio and look at me being right. Love the home
This is a wonderful debut for Kurk Homes. I love the craftsmanship. The property has plenty of space. Two cons; the 1st floor guest bedroom should have entry to the bathroom across from it, especially since there's a half bath. Second is having to enter the back of the house through either bedroom or you have to pay at least $10,000 for a slider. They could've easily placed a door off the dining area. Otherwise, bravo👏🏽 🎉
What an absolutely beautiful home. Considering I'm in a wheelchair (mobility challenged), I would have to do a little reinvention of those awesome front steps. This home is a winner.❤
Like the pot filler and I actually like the separate dining area. I would love a separate living room too. I had my first house built and it had a separate living room and dining room, office and then the kitchen opened into the breakfast area, an island with barstools and family room. And I did use the dining room quite often too. I really liked the molding around the door frames too.

Love the stone fireplace! And i do like formal dining rooms because you can make them whatever you want! I always think of the dining room can also be a library, or can be where you showcase your christmas tree, possibilities are endless! However not a fan of these million dollar homes using barn doors.. farmhouse style or not there has to be a better way. Always appreciate your depth and wealth of knowledge Marcus!!! Great job!

The opulence of the home grabs your attention from the moment you enter, the color, openness, decor, style enhance the grandiose of the space. At the price point, a formal dining room is a requirement for me. I would opt for the sliders vs oversized pic window (it enhances the great room b/c of the covered patio). The 1st bedroom is a nice size but I would expand the space by an inch or 2, to comfortably allow 2 night stands (but I agree a pocket door could work). I would also allow access to the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is stunning, b/c all the windows, and access to the patio, I would widen the space and label it an "In law suit"... Primary bd/bath are stunning, I much prefer his/her wardrobe but this cld work.. The 2nd level, i would probably use that as a primary bedroom with a sitting room and utilize the downstairs primary as a media room. My only critique would be at such a high price point, I would like a bigger back yard that is fenced off vs looking into the woods. Even with that said, this is a keeper!!! Very nice house!!! I’m usually a fan of farmhouse style houses because it’s so overdone, but this is an exception. Rarely do I say this but I actually like the pantry for once. Love the layout of the home. The stager is definitely is older lady (hence all the pillows on each bed and uninviting bedding). Overall, the house is nice not my style but definitely nice!!!! Wished they would’ve taken the shelves in the primary closet higher or all the way to the ceiling. I grade it 10/10.
Love everything about this house EXCEPT the double entrance to the office and the microwave placement.. if whoever got this house has kids I could see that particular pantry area becoming nasty
Great home!! Very spacious & accomodating. The primary BdR is nice/huge!! Love the dual entrance points to/from BdR. Primary bathroom is just sick - in a great way!!!
