The floors are out of this world gorgeous. I love how large the rooms are in this home. Too bad it doesn’t have an elevator. Three floors it needs an elevator. There is so much room for everyone. The porches are nice and large. It’s a beautiful home. Welcome back, missed your videos over the holidays. Well done my friend as always. 😊
There should be a greet room when you enter a house. A place where you can greet people before they go into your house, officially. The greet room should be next to mudroom in case you need to clean up followed by a living room where you can entertain people. Your entire first floor should have no bedrooms and mainly exist to include all of the parts of your house necessary to be shown to guests including people from work such as an office, library or media center (not an home theater), and formal dining. You should have a kitchen on your first floor, but also in your first basement which are connected. You should have large refrigerator and fridge in your basement with a more appropriate one for a day or two's worth of food on the first floor. Ideally, you would have food made in the basement kitchen and then prepared on the first floor kitchen. You can have fitness rooms and recreation rooms in your first basement, but I would refraim from having any bedrooms until your third floor at gorund level and/or your second basement. Your second floor should include family rooms and possible guest rooms if they are not provided in your second basement. You should have a servants' quarters but those could be located either on your second floor, your second basement or above your third floor depending on your style. Such a shame we lack servants in this age.

Either an elevator or an •ESCALATOR•🤔
The vaulted ceilings in the living room plus the fireplace and overlooking balcony was probably one of my favorite pieces of this beautiful home 💙
Thank you for watching @tumarbongrox6074 and for sharing. What was your favorite part?
