The closets are not bad. Not as generic as in other properties. For a multi million dollar home, there should be Lutron or Leviton rocker switches at minimum. CJC Lucia would be wonderful, Buster & Punch toggle switches, Lithoss Piano switches. Hand held wands in all bathrooms. The wine room to be has a considerable gap in the doors. Yes, it is a spec house, but it is a multi million spec house. No multi gable front. More imagination here.

$4 million for a house that close to the freeway is insane. You can literally hear the traffic on his mic outside the house.
Far too big for 2024 living... It's knocked down this size to under 4,000 ft². Jeesh
