Agreed. And the foyer/ hallway design makes zero sense. That could have been a room and an actual hallway going to dinning. I have so many questions about this house.😂

Love the entrance and walk in layout of this house. It's a layout meant for big parties. This house keeps going it seems like twice the square footage and it certainly has a couple 1000 ft² more and unfinished finishable space. There is a spacious space for everything in the way people actually live. This house is worth every single cent.
Definitely plenty of space. Plenty to expand or shape as needed. Tons of storage. I like it.

What an odd house. The layout is weird; that formal dining room is far from the kitchen. Realistically it would become some kind of flex space and you'd use the area near the kitchen for dining. And why, why, is the door to the basement through a bathroom?!? That's insane! Plus no elevator in a 3 story house. I don't know, you guys have gorgeous houses but this is a miss.

MY GOD SOOOOO cheap, one of my houses in Sanfransico ONLY $2500sq is worth $3.5 Million to sale it , but i rented , sooo cheap out there compare to Cali, But i live here in Sanfransico since i was a kid , thats a pretty house & is Large ..BUT designs a lot deferent compare to Cali homes , in here is open floors & views from large windows, not to much hallways & walls after walls & i like & buy glass, stones & marbles houses
There was lots of dead spaces with doors why not expand the living area or the bedroom it was next to? Bottom patio needs to be expanded IMO.
