Beautiful house, finally someone had the common sense to install a STOVE in the back kitchen, 99% of builders never thought about it, a second kitchen SHOULD HAVE A COOKING FACILITY AND A WINDOW in addition to a sink, that way you keep the main kitchen clean, since now it's part of the formal living space...!!!!
I am looking to buy in Tennessee as my primary!. But this beautiful…. The price is completely unreasonable!. I can custom build 10-12,000 square feet for 3M on 4-5 acres! These builders are fleeing buyer like the Car dealership did a couple years ago!. Coleman your videos are on point!
Please describe the kitchen what brand of appliances that’s in the kitchen the lighting what brand of lighting the floors etc. is there a pool covering? What type of windows how high are the ceilings how many bedrooms downstairs how many upstairs are there bug screens?
I first want to say that this is the best video of this house that I’ve seen. It was done very well. I also want to say that I love this house…well…the exterior. Landscaping is great although I would’ve had lights running along both sides of the driveway; and that leads me to the purpose of my comment. I’d be hesitant to purchase this home if I were in a position to for one reason…interior decorating. This is just my opinion but the interior lacks….substance and sadly this is something often seen with a lot of homes being built currently. Especially in this price range. I like all of the lighting fixtures,etc but my main issue is both the flooring and the color for the walls. Simply, the floors look unfinished and dull. I would’ve went with a different color choice. The color of the walls makes the interior look too monotone…too conservative. The interior would’ve been better served if color contrast were used better. I understand trying to make it have broad appeal but from my experience, homes of this size sell better with unique features and interior design. The fixtures and furnishings look like they were used to cover up a bad choice in coloring. If I were to buy this house, again it’s just my opinion, I would have to spend a great deal more money to redo the interior. I’d leave pretty much all of the fixtures but the floors and walls would be redone. In all, it’s a beautiful house but nothing special about the interior. The point of spec building is to build something that makes someone actually want to buy it…that’s it’s so different and unique that they want to claim it for their own and will spend whatever it takes to get it. Just my two cents
I hope somebody has changed the battery in the smoke detector. Just keeps beeping wtf. Minor detail the listing agent overlooked. If I'm not mistaken Lean Rhimes used to own a home in this developement.
I can tell this builder cares about quality and doesn't just hire anyone with a plus to do construction....good job
