I so badly want to leave Denver move to El Paso. With 187k you can barely buy a small studio apartment here. A house like that here would cost about $500,000 +. This house you just showed is a bargain to me. Sick of Denver its getting overcrowded people moving in from all over the country!! Been here all my life I need a change!! We go to Juarez Mexico 🇲🇽 about 3 times a year we have family there!
Shoot go for it man, I went with saratoga homes my house is almost done. 500 bucks to reserve my home and do the contract plus they are paying closing. I went to visit a few Army friends throughout the years I really liked it started applying for a job at ft bliss now just waiting for the house.
The northeast part of El Paso is a very undesirable side of town and is known for being a high-crime area. Leave it to a realtor is keep that from you.
Please anybody moving from out of state to Texas please do not bring liberal politics or liberal left wing ideas to Texas, there's a reason this red state is a great place to live!!! Lets go Brandon!!!
