She was either really shy, drunk or a mixture of both. Her ex said she would drink a lot on stage during big concerts cause big crowds have her anxiety. She hated them. She was into small concerts like that one since she grew up like that. But she was forced to do big ones even when was under the influence of drugs & alcohol. They exploited this poor girl. All she wanted was to sing.
I hate how this entire album is about Blake, her man, and the entire show she’s singing heartbreak while staring at him from the balcony above the audience... she was so in love with this man who ruined her.
So this is kinda of an infamous performance for her, cause she is clearly drunk during it but still gave a good performance (not unusual for Amy). She had a lot of vices but alcohol was unfortunately the most prominent one. I'd love to see you react to her acoustic performance of Valerie. She is such a legend, one of my favorite singers of all time who unfortunately, like many, was taken too early.
It was really terrible watching Amy self destruct, with everyone around her seemingly either not giving a damn or trying to profit from her demise. They were basically shoving her out there to make themselves money and using her addictions to get press attention. This is basically what Courtney Love did to Kurt Cobain, manufacturing an image of a "tortured and troubled artist" while making it worse and cashing-in on the chaos. It's sickening that they were permitted to exploit her the way they did and never faced any punishment for it. They walked away with stuffed pockets while she killed herself.
R.I.P. sweet Amy 💔 Please react to the 'BACK TO BLACK' video: ruclips.net/video/TJAfLE39ZZ8/видео.html .....she was burying her broken heart😢 The headstone read 'Here Lies The Heart Of Amy Winehouse', but it was removed after her sudden death. That song got me thru so many dark times.....she had that incredibly unique gift of being able to connect with those who were in pain - her lyrics, her music but combine that with her amazing voice and you have a LEGENDARY artist....gone far too soon....this world & fame was too much for her to cope with. She battled bulimia in her teens/20's, alcoholism/drug addiction in her 20's and the scumbag of a husband that destroyed her (‘Back To Black’ is about him).....he was so toxic, but tragically she paid the price for loving him. Also listen to 'Love is A Losing Game’, ‘Rehab’ and a couple of AMAZING covers - ‘To Know Him Is To Love Him’ or Hathaway's 'I Love You More Than You'll Ever Know' - ruclips.net/video/362JArvhAqg/видео.html mesmerising, haunting and such emotive vocals...basically what she did best. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤 Here’s the trailer to ‘Amy’ - a documentary of the highs and lows of her life and how it ended. Heart-breaking is an understatement: ruclips.net/video/_2yCIwmNuLE/видео.html
i got copyrighted sorry i did the reaction but couldnt keep it uploaded but if you send me any other vidoe links to different things to react to i gotcha
This was a good performance but she gave an even BETTER one at BENICASSIM where she wears a RED outfit! I have yet to see a video on RUclips where she's obviously spinning out of control and I hope no ghouls will post any!
If you actually listened, you'd be able to hear that she was British. Talking over her, asking if she was British, was self-defeating and redundant. ;)
Who can look into that face when she says "I'm no good" and not fall in love with Amy. R.I.P darling.
