Good morning guys So I went fishing this morning with an s waver 168s in light trout. The spot that I was fishing was on the river in a spot I’ve never fished before so I really had no clue what was in there. I only had like 45 mins to go before work so I just grabbed my pole and it had the s waver on it already so I just ran with it. I got down to the water and within 10 mins hooked into a salmon. I danced with her for a while and at some point she got upset and started running. Long story short she snapped 65lb braid and stole my lure and 50 feet of line or so. Moral of that story is I had no clue that even salmon would smash those larger swimbaits so well. And without you guys I would of never even gave one a second look in the store let alone shelled out the greenbacks for one. Thank you again for all you guys do- Allen Moss
Just an update, I went out and bought a hand full of s wavers and some 100 lb braid with a 35 lb leader and went back and had a blast catching salmon with my bass gear. Thanks again guys, wouldn’t have done it before watching these videos
Dude this was the most epic solo smallie beat down I've ever seen. Mad props to you for going out by yourself even though Coop was down and out. It sure worked out nicely. Smallies on glide baits?!?! Heck ya brother cousin!!!! LOL

Same haha. Im from northern Mi and the smallmout fishing cant be beat and showing up and noone else at the ramp. I take leave every year for 30 days if not deployed and tow the boat from Az to Mi just for these fish. Wish i wasnt stationed in Az. Oh well i make the best of it.
I live 10 minutes away from lake Pardee in California. We are known for monster smallmouth. All within an hour from me I have 3 lakes with Largemouth records over 18lbs.

It'd be awesome to see a walk through of Coop's boat. Why he has it set up that way, pros/cons, etc. I'm looking for a crossover flats/bass boat and would love to see what he's running.
Honestly how was fishing off that boat compared too a bass boat. Better or worse? I know what is better than the other in certain situations but overall which is your pick.
wondering if one of these times you could turn the camera to show the electronics when you arrive onto a specific site. you said in the beginning that you were going to search for flats that break down to deep water. for those of us who are not as good with reading the electronics, rather than just a dedicated video aimed at "How to read your graphs", seeing what you see when you drive up on it would be useful, in my opinion. love the videos.
