  • IT'S TOO HOT to work out, but you want to move... try this 38 minute reformer Pilates workout made for hot weather, targeting full body, taking a reasonable pace, with plenty of little breaks for water and stretching so you don't overdo it in the heat.     No quite as hot here but very muggy. It was nice to slow things down a little and do this combo of footwork, side lying and arms. Really feeling it in my abs too.
