That mess by Cargills has been there for years, nothing changes. probably about about 10 years ago the whole stretch of road was re tarmaced, so many of them lorry’s had caused pot holes in the road you could loose yourself in. stuff falls off lorry’s onto the road especially around the scrap metal dock a bit further up. inside cargills processing plant is disgusting, not a healthy place to work. As i did some subcontracting work in there many years ago, you’d come out with all the waste product all over you and smelling like a bowl of corn flakes. The import a lot into the silos from the US and South america via the berth to the right hand side of the plant. it can handle two grain ships at one time and can take a week to unload each one.
