The female officer (IMO) did a wonderful job during her interaction but she would have got an A+ if she had advised that Muppet to reel his neck in and properly identify to a member of the public doing nothing wrong. I do understand why she didn't, they are after all a very close knit group (ask Wayne Couzens mates) and she probably knew that she would have received nothing but abuse from her colleagues and superiors for doing the right thing.
