After three and a half years, Midnite Ramen is now inside the new Figurehead Brewing in Fremont. Chef Elmer Komagata continues to serve ramen from different Japanese regions where you don’t have to stand in the cold or rain. Elmer worked at a 2-star Michelin restaurant in France and brought his skills to Cancún, and now serves delicious Japanese food in Seattle! Even better, they share the kitchen with Ooshiba Sushi and Yakitori so we are able to try other Japanese comfort food. This is going to show you a little sneak peek on how they prepared in the kitchen and some tastings.
