we have 4 of these. each set of grandparents use 1 in their car, and we have 1 in each of our cars. easily the best purchases we've made. wish they went on sale more often when we first bought them

Thanks for the video. Would be great to see the seat installed and how loose / tight it should be. When I install it I find it impossible to tighten the seat, so it can be easily moved about.
this is a shit product. I have a quality one and this one. The high quality doesn’t wiggle and I can install with confidence. This one however leans slightly, and wiggles too much. This should be click and go.

How do I lengthen the strap with the splitter plate? I tightened it to much and now it doesn’t have enough length to reach the shoulder straps!
