    what strap did you use to attach the car seat to your luggage? A regular luggage strap?

    • @dashexplore
      @dashexplore  7 месяцев назад +1

      Oops! Totally meant to link that in the description too! You should see it there now (these are not affiliate links), but it is just a long strap with a buckle on it!

    Was it hard to push stroller with rider board?

    • @dashexplore
      @dashexplore  6 месяцев назад +1

      Nope! It is a little more effort because you’re adding on more weight but it’s a lot easier than trying to carry her around the city. We still use it all time at home now too!! Definitely our greatest investment for this trip!

    Hi! With your glider board, did you pack that in the stroller bag or put that in a checked bag? Just curious of your strategy as we JUST ordered this same stroller but I had no idea a glider board could fit!

    • @dashexplore
      @dashexplore  8 месяцев назад +2

      Yep! We were able to fit it in the bag! We had to take the wheels off the glider board to get it to pack nicely, but it all fit! I believe our glider board is baby jogger brand as well, but we got it on Facebook marketplace so I’m not 100% sure. The glider board definitely fits better on our City Mini 2, but we were still able to easily use it with the City Tour! I hope you love this stroller as much as we do!! It is so great!

    Hi! Which glider board did you end up purchasing to pair with the Babyjogger?

    • @dashexplore
      @dashexplore  10 месяцев назад +1

      Hi! I actually found ours on Facebook Marketplace, but from what I can find online, it looks like it is the Baby Jogger brand. It’s fits on our City Mini 2 and City Tour 2

    I have an international trip coming up and am debating whether I should use the car seat in the airplane. I'm 💬 ng he might be able to sleep longer (8+ hours) if he can lay flat using one of those inflatable beds or booking a business class and sleep with me? Was your baby able to sleep in the car seat for a long time? 5+ hours?

    • @dashexplore
      @dashexplore  8 месяцев назад +1

      She is usually a great sleeper and to be honest she didn’t sleep that well on the plane (maybe 2-3 hours). We tried to use the airplane bassinet, but she just was not having it. I thought about the inflatable bed but I would definitely do some research on your airline to make sure they allow them but I’ve heard that some do not. Our kids have also never shared a bed with us so we didn’t think that they would want to sleep with us. I’m very glad we brought the car seat so that she was contained and not trying to move all over the place, but every kid is different so do your research (which it seems like you are already doing!) and make the choice that is best for you!

    Hey!! Did u have to pay a fee to bring the stroller in the bag to put in the overhead bin?

    • @dashexplore
      @dashexplore  9 месяцев назад +1

      We did not. We checked our suitcases, so we brought it on as one of our carry ons. We also had a pretty empty flight so I don’t know if things would’ve been different with a really packed flight.

    9:54 please be careful with your baby in the baby carrier. They should only be facing outward for 15-30 minutes at a time. And as soon as baby is getting tired or falls asleep, should immed. turned around. Its very dangerous for them to sleep forward facing, it can block their airway and hurt their little necks.

      Thank you so much for all of your input! We really didn’t have her asleep that long in the baby carrier, just until we were let into our airBNB and we got everything settled. We also had out stroller with us so when we weren’t getting on and off the train/plane, she was in the stroller. Thank you for looking out for our girl!
