Are you thinking about it more as a convenience of carrying or in terms of luggage allowance?
If luggage allowance, keep in mind that the car seat should not count against your carry-on items if you are using it in the seat.
If thinking about the convenience of carrying, I'd step back and think about the whole 'strategy' for getting around the airport. I usually only do carry-ons so I have a roller bag as my carry-on with a backpack slide on top. Then I wear a diaper bag backpack and put the car seat under in the storage of the stroller. At the gate, I check the stroller. I currently have a $20 bag from Amazon (meant for small strollers) that suffices for use in the airport but I do wonder if the official backpack would be more useful for getting in and out of ubers.

Great video :) I just want a car seat which can be attached without base in a cab (Prefer European seatbelt path) and can also be used in a stroller. Could you please suggest me a budget travel system please.

      Thanks!
Are you thinking specifically about infant car seats? I don't know of any non-infant car seats that can be used in a stroller but that would be AMAZING!
For an infant car seat, I see three good options:
      (1) Most infant car seats are able to be installed without a base. So, if you're on a tight budget, the cheapest travel system I know of is the BabyTrend EZ ride: a.co/d/5f6BL9v
      (2) Obviously, there's the Doona which is convenient for travel but $$$. It converts between a car seat and a stroller but it's $550. If you do get it though, I'd HIGHLY recommend signing up for Albee and purchasing it through there because you get 20% back in points that you can use on other things - it essentially lowers the price by $110! myaccount.albeebaby.com/mod_myRewards/referralWelcome.php?referralCode=RRXGPX
      (3) I'm personally a fan of the Graco Snugfit products because they're so easy to install which is convenient if you're reinstalling often. Rather than buying the travel system, you ould get the car seat (www.albeebaby.com/graco-snugride-snugfit-35-infant-car-seat-gotham.html) and then get the cheaper caddy (a.co/d/1pQ2GTp) instead of a full stroller.
Now, if your kiddo is no longer an infant and you want something that clicks into a stroller, I sadly don't know of any. If that's what you're looking for, I'd recommend rigging up something with a lightweight convertible car seat (like the Cosco Scenera Next) and a stroller that doesn't have a bellybar or snack track like I did at [01:35]. As you can see, I used a luggage strap to strap it to the bottom and then the LATCH tether over the top.

I also have seen the BabyTrend Tropper ($90) that could work for placing on top of a stroller. I haven't tried it myself but it looks easier than the Cosco since it (seems like) it has a flatter bottom. a.co/d/dM2nIGY
