Ghost, spirits and orbs caught on security camera.

This is a view of my front yard. It doesnt do this every night like this and this is the most activity I've caught on tape outside. Some of you might think its rain, it is not. Some also might think that its debris from wind. If you look at the tree in video, its leaves and branches are not moving at all so it's not cause from the wind.
But I would love to hear any ideas on what yall think it could be. This is not our first experience with paranormal activity at a house. I'm now trying to figure out if what's here is spirits or lower entities
I've lived in this house for about 8 months and from the beginning you could feel something wasn't right. This is the first video of many I plan on posting. I've tried reaching out to people and a few groups that I thought might could help and had no luck.
