If this was a Green day's song or some other band people would think "ah, what a wonderful song" but This is Radiohead.... we don't expect them to be just wonderful.... they are always brilliant and perfect... so that's why some people say Pablo Honey isn't that good album...
early 90's were so great because so many bands had their own sound, but it all fit the era. By the end of the decade, it was about studio sessions, keyboards, samplers and drum machines, and taped loops. for such a tight little window, a lot of interesting music came out of that period. a lot of that stuff sounds just as fresh and innovative today. not saying there wasn't crap...just saying it was a very unique and creative period. Record labels took chances they won't even consider today and the radio stations actually had real Deejays

They're so cute here and so naive, they're jumping around, trying to look all cool with their guitars and flipping their hair around..its so great to see them this way, they're so different now, but still very awesome. There are so many sides to them. Its amazing.

I personally like debut albums very very much. The second one is mostly even better and somewhere at the 3rd or 4th or 5th album most musicians fall into a creative hole.
I'm not that hard into Radiohead but this is my experience with modern rock bands so far. (The Strokes or Oasis for a rough example) The first records of good bands represent what they really, intentionally want in music I think.
Most breakdowns come after a certain time caused by lack of creativity or drugs in some cases.
Personal-taste-thing, don't feel attacked :)

lakoncers13 Many of the people who used to listen to Radiohead stopped at Kid A because it wasn't Radiohead {I actually like Kid A}. I think any objective listing of Radiohead's albums however would have The Bends at #1, OK Computer at #2 and Pablo Honey at #3. I'd personally place Kid A at #4 and Pablo Honey ahead of OK Computer at #2 but that's personal choice.
As for their later albums - Everything after Amnesiac is basically more of the same {Amnesiac's ok but nowhere near as good as Kid A}.
+lakoncers13 all albums have a different feeling, it's great to see how they improve into their music...
but personally, the album that i dislike the most is Amnesiac, dunno why

I'm a new fan,and I have to say that all of their albums are good at the least,They changed their style with Kid A,but they still nailed it,this is music for centuries.And even their latest album AMSP is so different and unique.Ok Computer,The Bends,Kid A and In Rainbows are music masterpieces.
