Great information. I have been a psych nurse for 16 years and find myself forced to going to the medical floor (pcu) with a completely different way of functioning….inserting ivs, pushing iv meds and hanging fluids including needing to know which have to be given piggyback meds…all with a nationwide fluid shortage…not to forget pharmacological cardio version administration, hanging blood. I am basically a new nurse at this age and new physical problems 🤦‍♀️… I like your style, advice as it makes me feel slightly more confident as I am very overwhelmed. I do get along well with others and am very nice. I don’t take coworkers for granted….but I need knowledge and skills in this new arena of nursing. Thank u.
