Thanks for the video but I’d like to add that there’s always a risk of stripping or breaking the bolts. Please buy a brand new Mercedes or Febi Bilstein bolts and MB Copper washer.

Great video im going to attempt to take out my injectors i have a 2010 E250 i take it they are similar . May i ask the nale of the spanner you used to take off the high pressure line the strange shape spanner . Thanks

Thanks for the video but I’m a bit confused about torque levels you’ve applied.
Some technicians are telling that 7Nm + 90 + 90 for injector bolt. But you’ve told 15Nm + 90 + 90
My car’s engine is 646.821 W211 E220Cdi 2007
Which one is the correct one for my car? Or does it differ on different model Mercedes Benz CDI engines?

Yes. I did because the copper seal (washer) is for one-time use only.

1. Any liquid not supposed to be applied to clean carbon from that cover and in cylinder too… that thing it brakes oil viscosity on rings thats stupid… just take all injectors out, rocker cover gasket too 2. Clean everything and change gaskets,clean injectors and holes .. than put everything back together nicely. Thats cheap cheeky job what can cause one damaged cylinder. At least what i see good everything was done by spec i mean torque and parts. Plus tell customer hes chain dead already

The new injector claw(clamp) screw and injector seal washer both shown in the second episode (part) of this video which both must be replaced.
