If you put the injector body in the ultrasonic bath with the coil still fitted you will get an insulation fault

Guess what I'm doing tomorrow.
I have a really bad know om cylinder 4.
Ordered refurbished injectors. So time to gave a go at cleaning my old ones haha.
If it works ill buy another dead mercedes.

Hi there can you tell what impedance this type of injector should be ? As I have a 4 cylinder diesel car and with my test meter across the 2 terminals it tells me that all 4 injectors are short circuit but my car still runs with no fault codes ? Thanks

by impedance you mean resistance value? i measured today a Mercedes Sprinter 906 injector and it showed around 0.2 ohms. I think they were the same as the ones shown in the video

We been sold Delphi BENZ type injectors without code, there's no problem with that because ECU will adjust automatically.
