@@yuxaredd I think it's a bit much personally, mostly because if you consider how the game was made, you would know when they made these levels and places they used art and culture as an inspiration. When you look at the wedding, you see skeleton people. Is that racist? No, because of the Mexican holiday, Dias De Muertos, among other holidays, including their religion, art, and culture. Same goes for the Chinese. I want you to look at some drawings from the Qin dynasty and tell me they don't look like racial caricatures. The problem is you're looking at it from this hyper PC lens where if anyone is anything short of an uncolored stick figure, it's automatically racist. You've placed this modern day PC magnifying glass onto every little item in the game, and expect it to pass the smell test in this era. It's a bit ridiculous, quite frankly. I would say NONE, save for the Aboriginal guy, of the characters are racist caricatures. They just aren't. Like I said, most of those characters are inspired from artwork and the culture itself. They did a really good job of merging art, history, culture, and people from different places into one big game. And, just so we're clear, I can guarantee that MM had absolutely no intent to create racist caricatures. It was just a different time, and in context, the characters themselves make sense, even today.
@@Ovahlls I think the key word is intentionality - it's the difference betwen true inspiration and caricature - Imagine if you will a culture that had never heard of weddings, didn't have the concept. They discover weddings and make some piece of art based on it - you look around and it just, does not make sense. Where's the cake? Why are there four women dressed as brides but, no clear groom? They're playing here comes the bride during the first dance and the building they're in, it - looks - like a church, sort of. But it's not a church, or any sort of community centre. It's a fantasy building that does not make sense - there are rooms with no clear purpose, no altar, no priest and pews all over the place where they don't belong That's the difference to me, are they intentionally portraying these cultures or just mimicking an aesthetic with no thought or understanding. For lbp? I don't know, I'm no expert on shit but it's worth asking if a culture is being portrayed with intention or mimicked thoughtlessly. Call it a magnifying glass if you like but I think it's worth examining if a work could have been improved with more depth
Haven’t been able to stop thinking about this game recently for some reason, 1 and 2 were such huge parts of my childhood, and I never got to revisit them before the servers shutdown, so it was nice to see such a comprehensive video of the series for some closure, great stuff!
It literally just happened to me some days ago i got nostalgic when I have my PlayStation 3 Slim, that I first buy in 2015, and also was my first modern videogame console cuz prices on my country where really expensive for my family's budget at rhe time, just some days I recovered my PlayStation Network that I used for playing games, mostly LBP cuz it was one of my facorites, I sell my console that on 2020, and I remembered this game that was a part of my childhood and just to be shock by the notice of the closedown and the two times that the servers where hacked since 2021. I just decided to watch many videos and try to collaborate with the community that I appreciate a lot the efforts of every single member to preserve the decade long history of this franchaise, anyone reading this comment, please collaborate with the revival and private-servers projects of the community, we all really appreciate it!
I remember playing LBP 1 2 3 everyday. I remember just going online and looking for costumes, playing those bomb levels and wasting hours and hours in creative mode, making sackbots fight each other lol
I find it sad that not many people will get to experience the greatness that is LBP Vita. For me it's up there with LBP 2 as the best game in the series.
As someone who also grew up playing most of the Little Big Planet series i cannot express how much it made me happy as a kid it was and still is my favorite game series to date! Thank you for the amazing video man, tried not to tear up after hearing the LBP1 into but it was too hard not to, so much nostalgia in one little video!
As a person who was an adult who played this game, it's so fascinating to hear from the now grown kids who played it. I would love a reboot, bring back the Hub.
I remember getting a PS3 for christmas that included LBP game of the year edition and little me was HOOKED and a lot of people I met i’m still in contact to this day so many years later. The amount of levels I created across LBP1, LBP2 and LBP3 helped me so much during my childhood/teenage years… And now seeing some of them on youtube makes me remember so much… since the servers are pretty much gone
Rest in Peace LittleBigPlanet. It will forever be in our hearts. We can only hope that there will be another one, but its fate is in the hands of Sony so in my opinion it’s sadly unlikely. I leave with a quote from a wise man: “Dreams. Fantasies. Ideas. Where do they go when life brings you tumbling back to the now? One by one, they drift away to the cosmic Imagisphere. From the atomic, to the galactic, they dance and they whirl, unfettered by worry and concern. The heavenly ballet of the Wonderplane. And sometimes, this dance creates something astonishing. Out pops a transcendental dreamverse, a remarkable place where the real meets the fantastic. And this vast expanse of imagination has a name... They call it... LittleBigPlanet.” - Stephen Fry, lbp2
It was always disappointing when DLCs with useful Create Mode tools like the Muppets went off-sale (probably from expired licenses) or were highly inaccessible to players who didn't want to buy a controller that would be used for the Move Pack and nothing else. Makes me wish they would make a special pack just to re-gain the tools from them, like "Creator Pack 2/Extras" or something
Loved this vid! One thing I kinda wish you touched one was the very specific type of communities that existed during that type, like the emo / swag (like the aesthetic of clothes and such) community that made a good chunk of levels in lbp2 when you could take stickers off a level, and another big one like the clan community which surprisingly made a lot of military like levels and projects
This game is beautiful and changed my entire life. I dont know how a game could do that. This game built a foundation for me of life I couldnt comprehend. Making friends. Creating. Innovation. And so much more. I remember just hanging out in that game making costumes, levels, and a lot more. I love Little Big Planet.
This is an amazingly well made video, and something I was wishing to make for a long time now. I can feel the passion and love you have for this franchise in every second. I don't know if LBP is something I can ever move on from, but as long as the community is alive, so is the franchise itself. Thanks for making this
I always believed Eve’s Asylum was based off the Garden of Eden for a number of reasons (the garden aesthetic, the creator curator is named Eve and she is an apple referencing the forbidden fruit, and so on).
I absolutely adored LBPK. Might just be because of nostalgia, but it was a damn good game, even if it was just built on top of modnations. About the weapons, I personally found them to be categorizable as the following: Red = Can only be thrown in front of you, also homing. Green = Can be thrown front or back depending on the direction of the stick, does not home in. Blue = Is not thrown, rather affects an area around the kart or itself. I also got to buy the Spongebob pack before it was removed and I totally agree that the fluid is an amazing addition to creation, and the pack itself is pretty solid, specially with the main hub (It even had a tiny little racing minigame)
it seriously enrages me how this video is so long, well made, has a mesmerizing thumbnail, is wonderfully edited, fully voiced, AND features good footage, but only has 600 likes, not even a thousand, this is definetly my favorite video essay on youtube and im probably (more like definetly) going to re-watch this video lots and lots of times because little big planet is my sole personality trait, like seriously i love that franchise, and seeing people making hour long video essays about it makes my heart get all fluffy and warm, specially since the video is so well made, seriously the model looks very sharp and nice, and the animation is so fresh while also being aesthetically clunky (in a good way of course), just wonderful, it makes my bloodlust for the british go down just a TINY bit! but seriously, in all honesty, good work! im definetly sharing this video with all my friends so they can like it because again, it is a CRIME for such a masterpiece to be so underrated 🔥🔥🔥🔥
10:53 i think abt playing the bora bora island levels with randoms all the time. i almost teared up seeing them mentioned. i miss this game so, so much 38:01 PROP HUNT? HIDE AND SEEK? FLARE ISLAND? oh my GOD i mISS THIS FUCKING GAAAAME
LBP helped me go through a rough time in my life, It helped me as an artist and make new friends online! It's heartbreaking to know the online servers are going offline, but at least i still got my old levels to remind me of what i've experienced.
LittleBigPlanet, 2 and 3 specifically, had an impact on my life. Sure, the third game had alot of game-breaking bugs and copy and pasted levels, but I still had lots fun playing and creating in it. And without it, I wouldn't have been interested in game design or met some of my friends I've been with for many years. I hope that one day, everyone gets to experience this masterpeice of a game series and possibly getting the Crash Bandicoot treatment so that they can have fun.
You are criminally underrated, I expected to see your subscriber count in the tens of thousands at a minimum! But at the very least I guess that means I get to be one of the lucky few older subscribers now. This video is full of soul, personality and humour, and it is clear that you poured dozens of hours to perfect it and to create a truly entertaining and insightful viewing for all your followers. I appreciate all the hard work you put in and I applaud your determination to carry out this level of detail for just under an hour and a half - that is to be commended! I look forward to seeing what you release next! For me this style of content is literally perfect
The Bora Bora Island levels played such an integral role in my LBP journey. I would always come back to play these levels specifically because I found them so relaxing. Always gave me wanderlust.
this is an absolutely amazing video :D i have so many good memories of playing LBP 1 and 2 with my cousin. One of my favorite songs in the entire game is Volver a Comenzar from the first game. Despite it being in spanish, it's a song that I hold dear to my heart and it makes me happy anytime I hear it.
there is truly no other franchise that captures the same magic that little big planet did. peak franchise. i will treasure you forever and the memories i made. i deeply miss playing with random kids back in the day on lbp
i was never great at creating in LBP and only used it to mess around with friends so it wasn’t a deal breaker for me with sackboy a big adventure. i played it on my steam deck and genuinely it brought me so much joy. i love the mechanics, the customization, everything. it’s not littlebigplanet, but it IS sackboy. and i still love sackboy !!! some parts were even a challenge like the knight trials so i feel like it wasn’t just too easy you know. of course it doesn’t feel like how it used to without any friends to play with and no create mode but i’m still happy the game exists
The lbp franchise came in my life when I was a child, so long ago I don't remember when I played Lbp3 I was like 6 and stopped playing religiously at 12, found many snot nosed children like myself, hell, some younger to like 4. That shows me that lbp will work for the future. It still is. On youtube, it will be rarely mentioned. It lives.
what a great video, really shows your love for this franchise honestly, i don't count saba as a reboot, mostly because it isn't a lbp game by name, but also because it doesn't feel like one either, and it doesn't feel like it's trying to replace it either
A Funny thing about the crown - i got it for a level i made, also a psn code to redeem this crown. After 2 months they kicked my level out of the window cuz it was a "bloody" level.. and they changed their mind about it.. but i still had the crown after that. but the most ppls thinks that i glitched it cuz my level got deleted so i had no longer a proof for it but i still love lbp - hope we will get a good lbp4 in the future or at least a remaster or remake of 1 and 2 yea i dont like 3...
Aahhhh- gosh this video really yanked at my heart strinngggs. LBP was one of the first video games I can remember playing- I can still remember just sitting down in the livingroom watching my dad and his squad play the first game. Then, as I grew up and gained 2 siblings we would play constantly!! It hurts to leave that game as just a memory, but I will always be grateful for where it has taken me in life!!!
LBPKarting and Vita were my 2 FAVORITE spin-offs of LBP and were part of my childhood, and even though both have jank, it's very fun to abuse the jank, like in LBPK it's very fun to try and use the Grapple Momentum to throw yourself into the furthest position and it felt very good to drift around and listen to the banging tunes
Wowie, your Modnation Racers Vs. LBP Karting really struck me. Ive always thought about why these games were so similar when I had both of them when I was younger and my little brain kind of juat said "oh its made by the same studio so its gonna be similar" and never thought more into it. So it was neat learning about some of my favorite PS3 games when I was younger.
the level of production and heart that was put into this video is astounding and the fact that this only has 4k views is criminal, you deserve so much more!
I’ve played LittleBigPlanet 1, 2 & 3, this franchise has been something I’ve been familiar with since kindergarten. My kindergarten photo is literally me trying to copy Sackboy’s tongue sticking out haha. I wouldn’t be able to get through any of it without the help of my older brother. We played the entire series together, & he’s in colIege now. I kinda wrote this comment in eagerness out of seeing LittleBigPlanet mentioned in the wild, so I barely began the video, but it’s already bringing back so many ancient memories haha. So far it’s a really great video! I love the model and looking at the footage is kinda making me cry rn, even if I was a weeeeee wee lad when I played it.
You made my almost cry at a few points. I miss LittleBigPlanet so much. It was my favorite game since I was like 6 and began helping my older cousins play X2 sections in the first one and when they gave it to me I played it with my brother for much of my childhood in the second and third games. I was salty at the announcement of SABA because of the loss of hope for LBP4, but I think I'd like to play it now. I also am gonna make an effort to finally un-brick my PS VITA. I also am really excited to learn more about the history of development of my favorite series and the prototype versions and scrapped stuff always makes me sad. This video meant a lot to me and I'm really glad I found it :D
Man survival soldiers was my shit in lbp2, had so many fun memories with all the interesting rpgs that were coming out during the time along with the DBZ bot levels. Getting old
1:24:10 Damn, this message hit me hard. I also grew up with this game and met my friends who are still with me to this day. We don't hang out that much anymore and have completely different interests but the memories we made will always be there in my mind as the great times we spent together. This is the best documentary I've seen of this franchise and I can't thank you enough for it!
1:12:27 I would BEG my friends not to play this one because it scared the actual shit out of me. Unlinke Crimsonfang9 and Kiesama777's levels, which I'd repeat endlessly up until the day Little Big Planet 3 died. (They weren't any less scary, I think I just... managed to get over the fear? Multiplayer unlocked some terrified survival instinct in my gut, I guess.) You are genuinely so underrated, it is absurd. Your voiceover quality is wonderful, the editing is a joy, and the model. GOD, the model. Reminds me so much of my favorite youtuber, FUNKe. I've always wanted to make a video on LBP, and it's nice to see there's other people who care just as much about the franchise. Makes my heart melt.
Ahh yeah I get that, I had a similar sort of thing with competitive games and minecraft factions - I think it’s the fear of getting your ass handed to you by your friends, or getting yelled at for messing up Idk tho that’s just me
For anyone who wants to clarify the Ayee accusation. he admitted in one of his videos, I don’t remember which one because it was a long time ago like i think 2020 or 2019 video.. ( that’s all from memory!!)
I cannot thank you enough for this. Why doesn’t this have more views? Also, I discovered that listening to a lot of the LBP soundtrack outside of the game is… kind of a trip. Like, Vision One with vocals? Slaps. Oh, yeah. You got a new subscriber, pal.
thank you so much for making this video. lbp2 is by far my favorite game of all time and the series itself has changed my life completely. it's always so great to see people still making coherent, well edited and scripted videos about these games after all these years.
about a few years ago picked up a ps vita, and not so legally acquired LBP vita and patched it for lighthouse just a few days ago, i really tried to feel that magic again but being in such a closed circle of hardcore fans i don't think it could ever be the same, i recently realize why, i don't just want LBP back, i want the memories, the time, the casual player creations, and the feeling i had back then, something patched servers will never bring back considering the small scope of players, maybe it's just a symptom of playing on a console nobody owned
What an amazing video! The video game series that made me into who I am today and formed some of my best friendships... I still hope for a true lbp4, but for now will be content with reliving the glory days via emulation and beacon servers lol
As someone who played almost entirely LBP 3, I can confirm that my friends also didn’t wanna play it with me anymore. Not because they got bored of it, but because I kept curbstomping them until they ragequit, and then promptly sending them an invite the next day to do the same thing, lmfao.
Absolutely incredible video. I resonate with every single bit of it. I long for LBP to come back, but I am okay with it not coming back- at least for now. And when it does come back, I will welcome it with open arms. Part of me hopes that since LBP fans are so passionate and loud, it’ll re-spark the franchise, but considering Sony does what they want, I’ll hang tight. In the meantime, I look to Restitched, and hope for the best for the dev team over there.
Wow I was just thinking about these games and here it is in my recommended. Truly great moments and memories of my gaming life were in the first two LBPs. My brother and I would play for hours into the late night and grew an inseparable bond because of it.
This channel is very underrated!! i watched through the whole thing and it was very entertaining, I also agree. its time to accept the franchise is done. tomorrow.. well actually i have an appointment then... and the day after wouldnt work.....
This video + college homesickness = the most intense case of nostalgia I’ve ever had 😭😭😭 Really appreciate the love & passion you put into this video ❤❤
while i can appreciate what media molecule has done with dreams, i would love another sandbox game like lbp to just waste time on playing intricate player made levels or making my own also idk if i'd call lbp racist.. lol edit: i remember hearing of lbp hub back in the day, i would definitely be down for it to be revised and released as like the end game for LBP. would be cool to have it on pc crossplay or something and being able to just take lbp to a super creative place we could never imagine, but ofc those are just dreams lol no idea lbp hub was gonna be free though that wouldve blew the player base up, shame it didn't happen.
I absolutely adore this video oh my goddd I’m so glad it showed up on my feed I think this series will always resonate with me considering it was the biggest thing me and my brother bonded over and today no matter how many times I ask he does NOT wanna play it anymore so emo
I never write comments on yt videos but I feel compelled to say thank you for this. I’m not in contact with any of my old lbp friends so it’s really cool getting to see a retrospective from another player like this. Little big planet was truly a special place back in the day, and I will forever miss the days when my biggest concern in life was convincing my parents to let me buy the Hero hair to make cool emo costumes with. This was a really fantastic recap of the series, and I look forward to seeing what kind of content you cover in the future!!! also the imataka shoutout was really the cherry on top!! sackbots are cool and all but nothing will top the charm of the cardboard cutouts
Since I was young, I have been playing the game LBP3. It has created beautiful memories. I used to love, but it is a terrible thing. You see your childhood being destroyed in front of you. The truth is that I play the game that inspired me. I will be the maker of my own Levels , and my passion and dream will be the greatest. My regards to you
I watched it all, here are my notes. - Jon should die - Profile Corruption - I bought Spongebob Kit days before it went offsale without knowing it was going offsale, checkmate. - There's also a bug where all of your progress of Story Mode would just... Disappear? Then after a restart or beating the tutorial it would just load again. I get Sumo was rushed but LBP3 had plenty of updates where they could've fixed this issue. - I haven't been able to play LBP1 for a long time since at the end of the last level of the Gardens my entire console just freezes (At the skateboard part), which also means I can't do overlord glitch (I think) because the moon hasn't unlocked yet.
Little Big Planet is something I have since I got a PS3 my creativity was near infinite as a kid, I played with my friends when lbp3 dropped, sure it was strange with the crashes, but I play this to this year so I can play some new ones people make in 2023 until January of this year where the severs are down for now, because of hackers again.(hopefully, I don't want it to shut down forever because I want to upload my first level as a thank you to LBP) Little Big planet 2 was where I played so much as a kid(and a game I'm close to acing) Also, man hearing lbk is by United front gave me nostalgia, because I played modnation to death, even making levels even after the shut down Creativity is a big part of not only LBP, but for everyone who played this game.
at 18:34 i actually got juked 😭 but im so glad bc ive been fuckin this bowl of ramen up while i watch and this video is SO good so far. your avatar is crazy expressive and cute?? the editing is so good?? i played this game for my ENTIRE childhood and am learning so much from this vid already???
Little big planet was my first video game when I was a child sadly I didn’t have a way to play online but did later on in life and i still enjoy the game to this day
Newton's old concept design is PEAK. Also, if it were possible to have mods for SABA, I would make a costume mod pack with all the old storymode creator curator characters. For example: Larry, Victoria, Clive, Avalon, Eve, Dr. Higginbotham, Newton, Marlon, etc. Any character you could think of.
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this at work, extremely well written and very nicely made, even though 95% of this was consumed via the audio. Little Big Planet means so much to me, being my favourite game of all time, so being able to reminisce with this was a very nice experience. I think you have a lot of potential as a RUclipsr, you've earned a sub!
Hard to imagine how many thousands of hours I have on LBP, and probably met half the people in this comment section hahaha. I remember the first ever bomb survival- Fallout: when the bombs fell.
Before I played the game. I had a dream of a game where you can make your own levels and it looks handcrafted. I love the game and it is always gonna have a place in my heart. Thanks for all the fun moments I had playing these games with my dad and I am funnly playing saba with him right now...Just thanks.
i wish we got a complete version of lbp3 that was designed for the ps4 specifically so it could have all of the ps4s benefits, it would mean i would have had to wait even longer to play the game as i was stuck with a ps3 untill i got a ps5 about 2 years ago but it would also mean we might have gotten a less buggy game with more features and content

I remember playing LBP 1 2 3 everyday. I remember just going online and looking for costumes, playing those bomb levels and wasting hours and hours in creative mode, making sackbots fight each other lol
ah yes,playing god humans favourite

I find it sad that not many people will get to experience the greatness that is LBP Vita. For me it's up there with LBP 2 as the best game in the series.
I'm currently asking my scientist friends very nicely to build me a time machine so I can experience it at its peak but they say it might take a while
Build a time machine to travel to when they invent a time machine
As someone who also grew up playing most of the Little Big Planet series i cannot express how much it made me happy as a kid it was and still is my favorite game series to date! Thank you for the amazing video man, tried not to tear up after hearing the LBP1 into but it was too hard not to, so much nostalgia in one little video!
As a person who was an adult who played this game, it's so fascinating to hear from the now grown kids who played it. I would love a reboot, bring back the Hub.
I love this game. The community and structure made it legendary. I'm so glad I grew up in the 2000s and 2010s.
Bro...... you can NOT just leisurely drop that BOMBSHELL of a conviction that Ayee is Latin_Player_10 on me...
that isnt true is it
@@OGPowder nah i think it's a joke
crazy how a game from 2004 (that being battlefront classic) still has online services while littlebigplanet (2008) doesn't
It’s not that crazy. Sony is bad at supporting older titles. We have Battlefront games on PC, where things tend to live much much longer.
not crazy at all
I’ll add another game to that list: Titanfall 2
I blame Sony for caring about the shitty 3D World Clone than the original series
I leave with a quote from a wise man:
“Dreams. Fantasies.
LittleBigPlanet.”
- Stephen Fry, lbp2
This made me tear up! 😭❤ Rest in Peace LittleBigPlanet you will always be remembered.
Makes me tear up every time. 😢
Ngl i really like the model of your character that speaks in the background, it's cute :D And the video is very nostalgic, thank you!!
About the weapons, I personally found them to be categorizable as the following:
Red = Can only be thrown in front of you, also homing.
The narrator is the only British voice actor in games I play in where they don’t backstab you
I. AM NOT. A MORON!!
10:53 i think abt playing the bora bora island levels with randoms all the time. i almost teared up seeing them mentioned. i miss this game so, so much
38:01 PROP HUNT? HIDE AND SEEK? FLARE ISLAND? oh my GOD i mISS THIS FUCKING GAAAAME
SOMEONE ELSE WHO KNOWS FLARE ISLAND LETS GOOOOOOOOO
LBP is easily my favorite game franchise EVER and im currently replaying the first ones story mode
this is an absolutely amazing video :D i have so many good memories of playing LBP 1 and 2 with my cousin.
18:02 Ironic that the new media molecule game "Tren" has a LBP level. So it came back full circle hehe
i was never great at creating in LBP and only used it to mess around with friends so it wasn’t a deal breaker for me with sackboy a big adventure. i played it on my steam deck and genuinely it brought me so much joy. i love the mechanics, the customization, everything. it’s not littlebigplanet, but it IS sackboy. and i still love sackboy !!! some parts were even a challenge like the knight trials so i feel like it wasn’t just too easy you know. of course it doesn’t feel like how it used to without any friends to play with and no create mode but i’m still happy the game exists
but overall im pretty easily pleased lol
The lbp franchise came in my life when I was a child, so long ago I don't remember when I played Lbp3 I was like 6 and stopped playing religiously at 12, found many snot nosed children like myself, hell, some younger to like 4. That shows me that lbp will work for the future. It still is. On youtube, it will be rarely mentioned. It lives.
what a great video, really shows your love for this franchise
honestly, i don't count saba as a reboot, mostly because it isn't a lbp game by name, but also because it doesn't feel like one either, and it doesn't feel like it's trying to replace it either
A Funny thing about the crown - i got it for a level i made, also a psn code to redeem this crown.
After 2 months they kicked my level out of the window cuz it was a "bloody" level.. and they changed their mind about it.. but i still had the crown after that.
but the most ppls thinks that i glitched it cuz my level got deleted so i had no longer a proof for it
but i still love lbp - hope we will get a good lbp4 in the future or at least a remaster or remake of 1 and 2
yea i dont like 3...
people with short attention spans just never tried watching this, this needs more views for its great quality ❤❤
my attention spans short but this video is too peak to skip
I have watched this video over 27 times, i really love this video
Wowie, your Modnation Racers Vs. LBP Karting really struck me. Ive always thought about why these games were so similar when I had both of them when I was younger and my little brain kind of juat said "oh its made by the same studio so its gonna be similar" and never thought more into it. So it was neat learning about some of my favorite PS3 games when I was younger.
the level of production and heart that was put into this video is astounding and the fact that this only has 4k views is criminal, you deserve so much more!
Fantastic video. LBP 1 and 2 were my childhood and are what honestly awakened my creativity and drive to create stuff in life
I’ve played LittleBigPlanet 1, 2 & 3, this franchise has been something I’ve been familiar with since kindergarten.
VOLVERA A COMENZAR NOT ON THE FAVORITE SONGS LIST??!!!? WHATTTTT?!?? (My Patch bangs too tho so ur good lol)
“Racism is bad” WOAH :OOOO
Crazy how that stuff completely flies over my head as a kindergartener lmao
IT WAS THAT RACIST????? DAMN IT FLEW WAY OVER MY HEAD
Why couldn’t share mode be my point of being exposed to internet strangers at a young age…
THE BIT AT 1:03:20 IS SO GOOD HAHAHA
THE FUCKING CUT OFF AT 20:10 AHAHHAHAHA
Ooh, a video about my favorite game series, with a cameo from my second favorite PlayStation series (modnation racers)! Love this!
Getting old
1:24:10
Damn, this message hit me hard.
Multiplayer unlocked some terrified survival instinct in my gut, I guess.)
You are genuinely so underrated, it is absurd.
Ahh yeah I get that, I had a similar sort of thing with competitive games and minecraft factions - I think it’s the fear of getting your ass handed to you by your friends, or getting yelled at for messing up
Idk tho that’s just me
woke up at 2 am, played some yakuza gaiden for a bit, found this, and started watching it at 5:50 am we at 7:34 am now, great video
For anyone who wants to clarify the Ayee accusation. he admitted in one of his videos, I don’t remember which one because it was a long time ago like i think 2020 or 2019 video.. ( that’s all from memory!!)
Tysm for this bro, the nostalgia is crazy.
So many memories, this was a great trip down memory lane.
LITTLEBIGPLANET IS MY SPECIAL INTEREST!! thank you for making this video :D
this game is the only place where i feel at home thank you for this video
What an amazing video! The video game series that made me into who I am today and formed some of my best friendships... I still hope for a true lbp4, but for now will be content with reliving the glory days via emulation and beacon servers lol
As someone who played almost entirely LBP 3, I can confirm that my friends also didn’t wanna play it with me anymore. Not because they got bored of it, but because I kept curbstomping them until they ragequit, and then promptly sending them an invite the next day to do the same thing, lmfao.
1 hour and half well spend, i can fully understand you, glad some people still remember the game/series
This channel is very underrated!! i watched through the whole thing and it was very entertaining, I also agree. its time to accept the franchise is done. tomorrow.. well actually i have an appointment then... and the day after wouldnt work.....
i feel like the best way to describe these games is a personification of adhd that actually encourages the mind racing; prolly why I love it so much
This video + college homesickness = the most intense case of nostalgia I’ve ever had 😭😭😭
Really appreciate the love & passion you put into this video ❤❤
while i can appreciate what media molecule has done with dreams, i would love another sandbox game like lbp to just waste time on playing intricate player made levels or making my own
also idk if i'd call lbp racist.. lol
edit: i remember hearing of lbp hub back in the day, i would definitely be down for it to be revised and released as like the end game for LBP. would be cool to have it on pc crossplay or something and being able to just take lbp to a super creative place we could never imagine, but ofc those are just dreams lol no idea lbp hub was gonna be free though that wouldve blew the player base up, shame it didn't happen.
I have such good memories of LBP1 and LBP2. LBP vita was my fav definitely since it was such a blast to play during breaks in college classes.
Love LBP, love this video. And "nutella steak" is an immaculate term.
Good first impressions :)
beautifully made video! LBP always has soft spot in my heart and this video made me extremely happy about my love for LBP
i have never thought anybody would link latin player 10 to ayee damn
From what I have seen so far this video is absolutely brilliant, I'll def be saving this for later. Subscribed.
51:20 this was a pleasant surprise. I personally love modnation racers and am happy someone’s finally talking about it!
- Jon should die
- Profile Corruption
- I bought Spongebob Kit days before it went offsale without knowing it was going offsale, checkmate.
Awesome video little big planet always has special and nostalgic vibes to me now
i always appreciate videos about lbp, love the way youve edited this and the model is so well animated
bro as im writing this i am crying so much i watched the full 90 mins AND ALSO I SHALL NOT LET THIS GAME GO FOR ME
this video means everything to me just becuase of how much this game means to me
top 5 video essay keep up the good work
Great video! As someone who went in knowning almost nothing about the series, I feel like I've learned so much!
A very very very underrated video
Really incredible video of my favorite game franchise! Thank you!
Little Big Planet is something I have since I got a PS3 my creativity was near infinite as a kid, I played with my friends when lbp3 dropped, sure it was strange with the crashes, but I play this to this year so I can play some new ones people make in 2023 until January of this year where the severs are down for now, because of hackers again.(hopefully, I don't want it to shut down forever because I want to upload my first level as a thank you to LBP) Little Big planet 2 was where I played so much as a kid(and a game I'm close to acing)
Also, man hearing lbk is by United front gave me nostalgia, because I played modnation to death, even making levels even after the shut down
Creativity is a big part of not only LBP, but for everyone who played this game.
Your channel is so underrated. Amazing video, gives me so much nostalgia
at 18:34 i actually got juked 😭 but im so glad bc ive been fuckin this bowl of ramen up while i watch and this video is SO good so far. your avatar is crazy expressive and cute?? the editing is so good?? i played this game for my ENTIRE childhood and am learning so much from this vid already???
"nobody cares about the story in a platformer"
celeste: ouch.
Little big planet was my first video game when I was a child sadly I didn’t have a way to play online but did later on in life and i still enjoy the game to this day
I hope this video reaches at least 2 millions view. You did a great job!
The Nutella steak term is very creative, I like this channel
Bro when you mentioned RanSack I immediately liked the video. Besstttt game!
you deserve more subs!! just started the video and im already sucked into finishing it, glad to see littlebigplanet appreciation.
i wish we got a complete version of lbp3 that was designed for the ps4 specifically so it could have all of the ps4s benefits, it would mean i would have had to wait even longer to play the game as i was stuck with a ps3 untill i got a ps5 about 2 years ago but it would also mean we might have gotten a less buggy game with more features and content
As a LittleBigPlanet fanatic, I love this video so much- Thank you for making this! (LBP4 MUST GET MADE!! )
True.
