This is the only channel that I have seen true results with! During quarantine in March ish I was 168 and used Pamela Reif and Chloe ting which got me down to 160 lbs. I’m a full time college student and I work part time in the hospital and with her workouts I do them Monday, wed, and fri I dropped down to 147! Crazy! This is from the time line of Late august to spring of 2021. Keep in mind I still eat whatever I want (in moderation, gotta have my nuggets!) and sometimes take breaks to study or if I get extremely busy. But I’ve been able to keep the weight down! I’ve been sick a couple of times since then but have still been able to get back to it. I do use C4 pre work out in the 3 days that I do work out just to get a little boost when I’m pretty tired but I feel great in the end and my body doesn’t get dependent on it either. I only use one scoop as well. Thank you!!! I’m also 18 yrs old turning 19 in March woop

Thank you, while I did not have all the forms correct and in tune, I still managed and enjoyed with sweat pouring down from the head. Loved the slow progressive warm and focus on abs, gluteus, bit of upper back as well and then cool down, of-course that was so relaxing and calming for the body to relax the muscles and be ready for a productive, calm and collective day. I was in my best fitness in 2021 and then stopped working out altogether starting 2022. Halfway the year, I’m here and decided to come back to my old self. Thanks for this no-BS workout! Very straightforward, with warm up and cool down, no repeats! 💗💗💗 awesome!

Even when I don't like to do such workouts especially those who are 30 min long but I felt so strong and so glad after this workout, and if I'm honest............. I think I'm going to sleep well at night today. 😂 Thank you so much for your workouts and support. Not everyone is so nicely smiling during the workouts and I find it so sympathic, you are very sympathic! The best workouts for me are 30 min. Wow!! I've just finished the workout and I'm exhausted!! I had to rest a few minutes before the burpees and the last ones killed me... Just one think, in some abs exercices you have to maintain your neck up and it was painfull at the end, could you please add a variation for the ones like me? It would be awesome!!
