An entire family was reduced to tears when their father was surprised with his dream car from his youth, which he owned more than 50 years ago but was later stolen. The moment took place at a car show in Magna, Utah, where 74-year-old Julio Alfaro walked over to a 1967 Pontiac Firebird, which stated he was the owner. Julio was in complete shock, not knowing that, secretly, his family had purchased the car and worked on restoring it over the past six months. As soon as he saw the familiar-looking vehicle, the moment overcame Julio; his family took out their cellphones and captured the wholesome moment on video.

Halfway through the video, I realized I had a huge smile on my face. You're a great dad, Julio, who raised a great son.❤
I’m a 57 year old knucklehead in Oklahoma, and I had tears when Dad hugged his boy. ❤
Cars Are Like Pets & Cars Are A Huge Part Of FAMILY!!!
We pay our parents back by being good people, reaching our full potential and paying their love forward onto others. But sometimes there’s more that can be done, more that needs to be done and in this case, Julio not only got paid back with a loving family, but that little extra that makes life so sweet.
Congrats, you’ve made a grown man cry.
My Dad used to say that success is measured by how you treat the ones you love. Here's proof.
I love these kind of stories! Julio raised a very good son . ❤😂

This is how you know you raised your children right, when they care for you. Love them and they will love you back. I wish my dad was still around.

Tell me why im halfway through my blunt and I hear my name 😂😂❤
Back when my mom & dad got married "1952" my dad saved up the money to get a car he wanted. In 1968 he went to the Ford dealership and requested a special ordered 1968 Ford Fairlane Fastback with a special ordered 390cid with HP heads, camshaft, intake, and a 4bbl FoMoCo carburator. 3-speed transmission and 9" rearend. Well just so happens my dad and the owner of Moore Henry Motors "Ford Dealership" Joe McHenry were good friends! Joe took it upon himself to have a 428 CobraJet engine installed instead of the requested 390. When daddy went and picked the car up from the dealership he didn't look under the hood and he wouldn't until he got home. When he left the dealership Joe told him to stand on it and lets see what it can do! That was alright with daddy so he did! Pulled out on the street and stomped it to the floor and left two 365' feet of black marks before hitting second gear, then another 120 feet of twin black marks before he let out of it! Daddy knew right then something was up! He turned around and went back to the dealership to see what was going on. The good thing is Joe didn't charge daddy for the 428CJ. He paid what was quoted in the beginning for the 390. Needless my dad was happy as hell with the performance of that baby!
If my children see this i hope it will inspire them to get my dream car 1976 Ford Elite that was stolen and crushed..
LOVE FROM INDIA
The love is reciprocated.
Greetings from North Texas.
I was at this car show,
Not tolling, really love everything---just asking....why did they spray over the trunk lock?
I think Pontiac called that color, verdoro green.
I promise I’ll give my dad his ford falcon back and fixed
Should have got the hood with the scoops on it just like the original.
Would love to see the original video instead
Damn near perfect, except his car had two hood scoops.
Julio's original Pontiac was the 400 Ram air with manual transmission. (hence the meaner hood with the scoops) He no longer has use of his left leg so he wouldn't have been able to drive the stick. The 326 automatic was the closest I could get to his original car and still have him enjoy it now.
@@TheAlfaritos👍
Surprised that you couldn't find the same hood. That was an option.
Why he had to pay to get his car back that was stolen in the first place
He left the car show with his sht😅😅😅😅
Could this gal,talk any slower?
I know, she seems so nice so I didn't wanna say something about it...but it's just too slow
Yea its too slow
?? Blah, blah, blah... maybe the creepy woman that keeps taking, could make some videos of her own, instead of stealing other peoples RUclips videos and making easy money from them.
