      @@rishabhch4765 spices can make difficulty in digestion but I recommend that take a meal which is moderately spicy and should be rich in fibres like salad ...
      Fibre rich food helps in better digestion...

      Cumin
      Dry ginger
      Which one ??
      All those spices mention above are known for their digestion improving quality
      Don't miss match terms (spice ) with excessive oily and hot gravy

    As these are tasteless but we can make them tasteful by upgrading there new version as like making veg burger with brown bread (avoid irrelevant material)

    You can add cold pressed oils ( If not olive oil) like - coconut oil, ground nut oil, mustard oil, sesame oil. They are available in market as "virgin" prefix . Like virgin coconut oil. Mustard is far cheaper than other oils. But it is hot in nature. So not good for summer(Specially in time of heat wave). I will recommend have a refined oil and a cold pressed oil or olive oil and use it alternatively , it will not feel you like , its expensive. But definitely avoid palm oil and soyabean oil.
    In the fruit section: add banana , its cheap and high in potassium.

    You can munch on MAKHANE (foxnuts) too, they r inexpensive, u don't have tk cook them, have literally no significant taste so anyone can eat without adjusting your tastebuds, feels like u r eating popcorn, have high protein thereby makes u feel full for long hours! Increases metabolism plus good for weightloss! Plus, u can add any flavoured Protein Powder to make it extra healthy and delicious!

    Four things to avoid....sugar , spice , cheese , oil.... Things to eat... Oats, brown bread with peanut butter, moong dal sprouts, boiled eggs, banana, seeds like pumpkin chia etc, replace refined oil to olive oil, coconut water, apple , pomegranate etc

    Ashish,Which remedy or product.you are using for hair growth..I have seen u that u had low dense hair..but now you have pretty well high dense hair..Kindly share your experience abt it brother..it would be helpful

      Hi Sachin! I don't really use any such supplement. Maybe you might have gotten an impression because my hairstyle changes all the time but my hair is exactly the same. It's healthy and I believe it's because of my healthy habits

    What can we do about cravings, especially the night ones because our hostel staff cooks and fries food in same oil, give us sweet dish made of spoiled milk sometimes and tasteless, saltless and nonsense food that i have never tasted ever

    Bhaiya can we eat ghee instead of cheese, as ypu mention that don't eat cheese but ghee includes omega3 fatty acids, and some protein and good fat, and as i am a vegeterian i get omega 3 mostly from ghee, please tell bhaiya 😊😊😊

    Im preparing for JEE and I have a 13 hr ccg schedule so i rlly need to remain active, i saw my frnd eating oats in the breakfast and i started too but i heard that it makes u lose weight and im already v slim, on the other hand she (my frnd) is fairly healthy. So i thought that maybe that's the reason she eats oats. So what should i do, should I eat oats or not?! Please lmkk

    Ashish bro I’m very Depressed, I’m preparing for JEE which will happen in June , but I’m doing so while I’m in College ( pretty BadTier one ) , I’m doing so because I want to end in good College ( e.g , DTU , IIIT etc. ) the problem is I’m very scared to give the exam or even to prepare for it . Whenever I try to study the flashbacks from previous Failures ( my previous attempts) Haunt me. & I have a hard time To Study while those hours at College, I know that if I prepare well I will get good Rank . BUT problem is that Fear of Failure , which Does not allow me to open books on some days .
    What should be my Mindset and Approch to fix it ? Thank you 🙏

    Ashish,to be honest,which remedy or product.you are using for hair growth..I have seen u that u had low dense hair..but now you have pretty well high dense hair..Kindly share your experience abt it brother

      Hi Sachin! I don't really use any such supplement. Maybe you might have gotten an impression because my hairstyle changes all the time but my hair is exactly the same. It's healthy and I believe it's because of my healthy habits.

      breakfast= 100g oats,peanut butter with white/brown bread,1 banana or 4 whole egg omlette with 1 glass of milk
      lunch= 100g sprouts use a little bit of sauce or lemon for flavour , salad,peanut butter
      evening snacks= 4 whole eggs or 2 slices of toast with tea or 10gnuts, fruits like slices of apple
      dinner = 50g oats with 1 glass of whey with milk(if you can afford it) and salad
      note = you can alternate between lunch and dinner and i am not an nutritionist, you can occasionally eat out if you want
      also try to find to stalls which serve boiled eggs this will save your time
