      Sounds like you had a great workout! Be sure to try both of these stretching workouts to loosen tight muscles. The mobility is great for warming up the muscles and getting a good stretch, increasing range of motion. It feels really good on tight muscles. The full-body stretch is more static stretching, a lot of focus on the lower body, and will help get an even deeper stretch on those muscles. Let us know how you feel after!
