I’m back walking after months of recovery, but these workouts are really working muscles I just don’t feel safe doing unassisted. We're so glad you had a safe recovery! We want to continue to provide free videos for our customers to use to help them on their fitness journey's. Typical reps with the squat pro in a 15-20 minute workout could be 200-300 good quality reps give or take.
I recently got this machine. Can you recommend me videos that’s focused on losing stomach / back fat? I tried some full body videos, but can only feel it in my legs. I’ll take whatever videos that’ll help me with my stomach/back fat loss goal even if it doesn’t involve this machine. Since I can only feel the burn in my legs I have doubts that I’m doing it right. Love this machine regardless!
Please keep in mind that some of us want to gain muscle and not burn too much fat! I’m 114 lbs and I want to get back to 125 with muscle. So I can’t do too many reps.
Absolutely! We'll be sure to let our trainers know so they can make more workout videos to help support you in these goals. We'd recommend increasing the resistance on your Row-N-Ride and performing fewer reps during your strength sessions. This resistance band workout would be great accessory work after you've finished your full heavier strength training session on your Row-N-Ride!
