    I was so skeptical of this little machine. Never judge a book by it's cover. Because I got my ass handed to me. Also this video is awesome. I can feel the burn...and my legs are like jelly. I totally recommend this!

    Well made it through about 7 minutes..needed oxgen..lol..glad I purchased this machine..it definitely helps to build strength

    Is it normal to feel more in the front of the legs than the back of the legs and glutes or am I doing something wrong? Thanks

      Thank you for reaching out! To target the glutes and hamstrings more throughout your squat, we recommend sitting back with your hips to push your glutes back as you squat which will make you squat more focused on the hamstrings and glutes. Also be sure to squeeze your glutes as you extend from your squat as hip extension is where you'll get the highest glute activation.

    Can you go lower doing the squats? I dont see you going all the way down. Interested but not sure if can go lower because you're not going low. Thank you

      The lowest this machine can go is 30 degrees. We recommend only going as low as you can without pain and maintaining proper form.

    Is there a trick to adjusting the shock....ours doesn't seem to change levels....top of shock doesn't turn????....HELP

    This machine does not have any resistance to it! I can only squat 30lb with free weights and I just got this machine 2 days ago and I can do the level 12 resistance on it already. This maybe a good cardio machine but it does not build muscle! EXTREMELY disappointed in this machine. Either this woman is very week or just pretending this machine has resistance or my machine doesn't work correctly!
