- Team Xplorers have recently completed Annapurna Base Camp trek of Nepal, which is one of the most favorite destination for any of the travelers of the world. Here comes the 5th & Final episode of Annapurna Base Camp Trek. In this video, Our experience of the journey from Annapurna Base Camp to Pokhara via Lower Sinuwa, Chhomrong, Jhinu is briefly highlighted. The 5th & 6th (last) day of our trekking is shown here. Those who will seek the itinerary of ABC trek specially from Bangladesh may find this video pretty useful to help their planning without guide.
Our total cost of trekking (starting from Pokhara - Annapurna Base Camp - Pokhara for 6 days) was only 4650/- Nepalese Rupee (~3400/- BDT). Our overall Nepal tour cost was 38,500/- BDT which includes air ticket, all types of accommodation, meal & transport, 6 days of trek with additional 5 days of common sightseeing, paragliding, health insurance & dry food taken from Bangladesh.

yaay congrats you made it. I also recommend EBC since you did this unguided. I did EBC unguided and watching ur vlogs could suggest you can do Everest base camp too. The cost is too cheap. i expected it to be at least 3x ur cost. Your adventure and story are awesome. Sure thing, many are inspired by these. Cheers from the Philippines, 🍻🍻

yup, its mandatory. you can take it from any of the insurance company. We took it from an agent named Ovinnota.com which costed around 2k per person.

দৈনন্দিন জীবনের ব্যস্ততা আর ওয়ার্কষ্টেশনে সমস্যা হওয়ার কারণে মাঝে বিরতি একটু দীর্ঘ হয়ে গেছে। আবার একই সাথে করোনা মহামারীর প্রকোপে ঘুরাঘুরিটাও কমে গেছে বেশ। তবে আগের জমানো কাজগুলো এর মধ্যেই আস্তে আস্তে রিলিজ দিবো, ইনশাআল্লাহ্। আমাদের জন্য দোয়া রাখবেন, ভিডিও ভালো লাগলে শেয়ার দিয়েন। আর আপনিও স্বাস্থ্যবিধি মেনে সুস্থ থাকবেন।

আমাদের খরচ হয়েছিল ৪৫০০ নেপালি রুপী মাথাপিছু। সেই খরচের ভিতর লাঞ্চ ছিলনা। কেননা আমরা ট্রেকের ৫ দিন লাঞ্চ করেছি শুকনা খাবার দিয়ে। আর আমাদের যাতায়াত ছিল লোকাল বাস। তবে এখন জ্বালানির খরচ বাড়ায় একটু বেশি লাগতে পারে।

@@shamimshahed5512 জি হোটেল ভাড়া সহ। ওখানকার টিহাউসগুলোর ভাড়া মাথাপিছু ২০০ করে পরেছে আমাদের সবজায়গাতেই। এখন বাই রোড খোলা আছে কিনা সে ব্যাপারে ধারণা নাই, নেপালের আগে খোঁজ নেওয়া প্রয়োজন ভারত ট্রানসিট দিচ্ছে কিনা !!!

Backpacking list বলতে কি বোঝাতে চেয়েছেন বুঝতে পারিনি, দুঃখিত, আরেকটু বিস্তারিতভাবে বললে হয়তো সাহায্য করতে সক্ষম হবো, আমাদের ক্ষুদ্র জ্ঞানের ভেতর যতটুকু সম্ভব।
ব্যাকপ্যাক লিস্ট বলতে (What is in my backpack for ABC trek)জানতে চাচ্ছি আপনার ব্যাকপ্যাক এ কী কী নিয়েছিলেন তা পানির বোতল থেকে শুরু করে ডাউনজ্যাকেট ,টিশার্ট,ইলেকট্রনিক্স ,মেডিসিন এইসব আরকি! এসব লিস্ট আইটেম নিয়ে অনেকে আলাদা একটা এপিসোড করে কিন্তু এদেশের ইউটিউবারদের এমন কোন এপিসোড আমি অন্তত দেখি নাই। এজন্যই অনুরোধ করা। আর দেশ বিদেশের ভ্রমন ভিডিও অনেকেই শেয়ার করেন কিন্তু আমাদের মত লোকজনের যাদের ABC EBC ড্রিম ট্রেক তাদের জন্য আপনাদের এই ইনফরমেটিভ ক্লিপগুলো এক একটা জেম! EBC episode এর অপেক্ষায় থাকলাম । সময় আর ফান্ডিং মেলাতে পারলে আমরাও একদিন আপনাদের গাইডলাইন ক্লিপগুলো দেখতে দেখতে বেড়িয়ে পড়ব স্বপ্নের এই ট্রেকগুলোর খোজে । শুভ কামনা রইল! ধন্যবাদ ভাই।
@@nimehasan6810 আপনি জিনিসপত্রের লিস্টিং এর যে ধরনের ভিডিওর কথা বলেছেন তা আমাদের কাছেই আছে কিন্তু ইনডোর লাইট স্বল্পতায় তা প্রকাশ করার মত হয়নি তদুপরি আমাদের কাছে সব ধরনের সরঞ্জামও নেই। তবে ভবিষ্যতে ইচ্ছা আছে এরকম কাজ করার।

@@nimehasan6810 এবার আসি আসল কথায়। জামা কাপড়ের লিস্ট ওয়েদার অনুযায়ী আলাদা হয়। আমরা গিয়েছিলাম পোস্ট মনসুন সময়ে। সেসময় ঠাণ্ডা তুলনামূলক কম থাকে তাই কাপড় চোপড়ও কম লাগে। এই ট্রেকের সর্বাধিক উচ্চতায় আমাদের ছিল ৪ লেয়ারিং, স্কিন টাইট থার্মাল লেয়ার, নরমাল গেঞ্জি, উইন্ড চিটার, ডাউন জ্যাকেট। যদিও ডাউনের প্রয়োজন হয় শুধুমাত্র সন্ধ্যা থেকে ভোর পর্যন্ত। নিচের জন্য সুবিধামত ২ লেয়ারই যথেষ্ট। আর অন্যান্য এক্সেসরিজ এর মধ্যে পানি খাওয়ার বোতল, পঞ্চ, টর্চ সাথে এক্সট্রা ব্যাটারি, পাওয়ার ব্যাংক, ট্রেকিং পোল, ফার্স্ট এইড কিট, সুই-সুতা এগুলা নেয়া হয়েছিল।
প্রি মনসুন/উইন্টার ট্রেকে জামাকাপড়ের লেয়ার আরও বাড়ানো লাগবে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী। ফার্স্ট এইড কিট বক্সে সাধারণ ওষুধের পাশাপাশি AMS এর প্রাইমারী লেভেলের ওষুধও অন্তর্ভুক্ত ছিল কিন্তু সেটার লিস্ট আপাতত আমার কাছে নেই। সেকারণে আন্তরিকভাবে দুঃখিত।

টোটাল কদিন লাগে
অন্নপূর্ণা ব্যাজ ক্যাম্প করতে ৬ দিন লেগেছিল, এছাড়াও কাঠমান্ডু, পোখারা ও নাগরকোট ঘোরাঘুরি করতে আরও ৫ দিন মোট ১১ দিন লেগেছিল। শুধু ট্রেক করতে চাইলে হাতে ৮ দিন সময় নিয়ে যাওয়াই ভালো হবে।

@@roadtoclimb884 no special gear required for this trail, just two trekking pole is enough for support. & as cloth u generally chose for as usual trek like 3/4 layering of warm clothes

There is small proof as still picture used in the video showed i was there. Not a great deal that i had been there or not, instead i shared info from my experience which might be helpful to the other trekkers. That would be a great success to me. BTW thanks for your concern brother.
