Well done everyone! in my country we have a similar exam and I know how stressful it is, many things go through your mind in those hours and is hard to stay focused, but no matter the result, remember is not everything and not the end if you don't do well, there is always more options and it also doesn't mean you will do as good or as bad later in your career or field you choose, I cheer for your future and I hope wherever you end up you are able to enjoy it to the fullest! ^^
To all the students who gave the csat, you deserve a big hug!! You've all done well and we're so proud of you irrespective of the result you'll get. I wish you all a bright and happy future 🫂💜
As a fellow Korean, I can say that Suneung is a HUGE deal in our country. It’s so big of a deal that Airplanes aren’t allowed to take off or land during the English listening exam time, and most middle schools and high schools take the day off on Suneung day so that they aren’t a disturbance to other schools that are being used as test sites. I’d like to tell all the test takers that whether you do well or not, just being able to focus for eight hours is something you should be proud of! And this isn’t the end! There will be so many more opportunities in the future as well👍
The smiles on the students' faces Those guys screaming and those hugs tell how difficult it would have been for them. Let's all do our best in everything Fighting everyone!❤️:)
Great job guys! It takes alot of effort and motivation and constant persistence in order to maintain a positive attitude when doing high end exams as such therefore I'm super proud of those who tried their best and did well for CSAT
I think it is bad that so much pressure are put to kids just because of this. Grades is not everything. It does not guarantee your success or happiness.
@@tisser-k9d I understand. I was all years the best student in class from school to uni. I am from Europe. I can tell - grades do not guarantee happiness or success. I think in South Korea mental health issues should receive more attention. Maybe with time things will improve.
I'll be giving the medical entrance exam in the coming May. And bro the pressure is real! It's currently 3:50 am here rn and I've been studying for a test coming Sunday lol. It's an entrance exam which will define, if not the rest of my life, the next 5.5 yrs I'll be spending. We're all just waiting it to be over so we can BREATHE finally. To all the test takers around the world, truly best of luck. Regardless of the outcome, just give your best so there won't be any regrets later. We got this guys!
Yay! They got a big burden off of their shoulders. I know that feeling and have been there and done that. Congrats to them and hope they did well and can relax now.
this is so emotional. and i also realized something i should have done after taking my college entrance exams almost 2 years ago: it is to scream after going out of the exam rooms 😭🤣 i hope all of their hardwork pays off!! i got into my dream university and is halfway through it, it's such a good opportunity and a responsibility at the same time, to be the nation's scholars and studying [nearly as good as free] i hope with whatever results they get they won't be so down and be dragged by it, there's always a next time 💗
Interesting how Korean families stress over the CSAT exam. Maybe in U.S. we have several opportunities to get the best score we can. Though it’s a percentage for college admission, it’s not the end all. Congratulations to all the students for your hard work. Well done!!!😊
Idk if it is still like this but from what I heard before, the csat is set on one specific day and if they fail it, they have to wait a whole year to take it again. .. it’s not like sat where you can set whatever date you want and take it multiple times

Having young people in my own family sitting for exams this time of the year & also in so many parts of the world wishing them nothing but the very best!❤💪💪❤
I understand the reason for Taking the exams but the Korean government also needs to adjust their system by allowing the students to set their own exam date and times and allow them to take as many times per year instead only once per year. That would reduce the pressure and stress on young people.
I heard a reporter or someone say Suneung determineneds the students succesess, i can't imagine the pressure.
