I have purchased a watch and sold a watch to Watchfinder and found them to be very good. But I guess it's the luck of the drawer. I would certainly feel as aggrieved as you if that was my watch though.
I made a previous comment about a similar scenario for me (which I cannot see now) but will recant my remarks after scrutinising the photos I had taken of my watch and found one of the scratches that they highlighted. My apologies to WatchFinder as I was actually wrong.

I hope they give in but since you have been dealing with industry for a while. I have a feeling it will end up with the same result that I and now you are dealing with unfortunately.
How do you even know that the damaged watch they are showing is yours? They could be charging you for a servive for another watch they have.

They will not acknowledge my evidence nor admit to mishandling my watch. Why on earth would anyone sent them a watch now!

I sympathise completely, but haven’t you gone through all of this before?
Perhaps make a separate video about Watchfinder, and why they shouldn’t be trusted? You could incorporate comments from forums and any content you can find on YT.
Problem with WF all the watch inspectors want to keep their jobs, just had the same experience with my planet Ocean 2-year-old watch. offer was 4190 us, sent the watch in, return quote was 3715. minus 380. service fee
down to 3335.00. case & bracelet refurbishment, plus full service ????? just back from Omega said my watch runs perfect ..UNBELIVABLE

Im confused so you bought this watch from them 4 months ago “never wore it” then expect them to buy it back from you at the same price you paid for it??? It sounds like you had buyers remorse and are trying to get back at them for your mistake. They may have scratched it but for all i know you also could have scratched it after filming you boxing it up to try and get back at them cause you wanted all your money back
It’s a matter of principle, if it was £1 I would have done the same! You don’t get it that’s fine. £6650 was my total outlay after a trade deal. My cost was £6900 if you watched my channel you would understand.
It's not crazy , the next person they sell it to will have a new service warranty just like you... what's hard to understand about that. The scratch is a different matter.
You can’t be damaging people’s property, Expecting them to take an additional loss.
@BrendanBoswell agree but that's nothing to do with the service cost. As I said; the buyer will expect a warranty for the duration you got which means a service
