It’s awful. My mom is Russian and my dad is Nigerian, I grew up with my mom’s family and had to leave for another country cause Russia became a racist nightmare. I would be okay living in USSR cause communist party was fighting with all forms of Nazism and racial bigotry. But then it collapsed and now there are no real leftists left in Russia to protect marginalised people. Even Jewish people leave Eastern European countries for Israel because of racial hatred, and they’re white-passing 🤷🏽♀️

And if we are going to say that one nation is better then the other , then what is the whole point of this series?? Aren’t they saying that stereotyping people and putting on them negative traits is a root of all evil? It looks like no matter how much time passes , and no matter how much we see and learn, we just can’t grow at all.
America did not fail with the Challenger disaster. We always knew there was risk and we took them on together. America is failing NOW because we are not together. Left or Right back then it was America first. We were not perfect or fair but we knew it and we were willing to work on it together. Old America had her shit together, she was a mess, but she had her shit under wraps.
What is up with people trying to act like they have some kind of a connection to a tragedy seriously every year in September I always hear some sob story from someone who knew somebody who knew somebody who knew somebody who died in 9/11
