We (the Emotions in Harmony podcast team ) love Kwame's podcast and his courses, so it was a nice surprise. And thank you for the information on show notes, I will pass it to my team.
Great question! An episode description is typically one paragraph with a high-level overview of the episode. Show notes are comprehensive. They can include resources mentioned in your podcast episode, provide guest bios, and other relevant content. Hi my name is Will and I was really hoping you would work directly with me in structuring my podcast content. The reason is what I am presenting NEEDS to be prepared in the BEST way possible as I have only one shot to get this right
I’m hoping to start my own podcast show but am struggling to find my niche topic that I’m both passionate about AND one that people will find engaging. Your videos are very helpful and I know you’ve done podcasts on finding your topic before so I’ll go look for those and just say thanks in advance!
I'd say not to try too hard. Having hosted a weekly show for just over three years now (and recently launched a second one), the key for me is content. The most successful podcasts I know of are the ones where they'll never run out of material. Get too niche and your content expires, but get too broad the conversation meanders, which bores the listener. That's where passion comes in. Do whatever you love that you'd want to share with others and confident that you'll never be bored, nor will you bore your audience. Don't worry about money or following; do it because you enjoy it and to give something to people.
Hi! For Buzzsprout users, show notes can be written in the episode description box within the episode editor. Check on this link below for the detailed instruction. Hope it helps. 😊 www.buzzsprout.com/blog/podcast-show-notes
Nice video. My a-ha moment was the fact that there is a difference between Show Notes and the Episode's Web Page. Thanks for the information. Cheers!
I know that guy lol... I love the Negotiate Anything podcast with Kwame Christian.
