@Frezzyml It’s understandable that you’re concerned, especially with the leg pain and constant thirst. Since the pain is manageable and doesn’t stop you from walking or running, it may be related to muscle strain or dehydration, especially if you’re feeling very thirsty. Try drinking more water, stretching, and resting your leg. If the pain or thirst continues, it’s a good idea to talk to a doctor for a proper check-up. Stay positive, and take care! 😊
Last night I was drinking beer. I had too many. I woke up just fine, though, but I had leg pain. I was worried, but now I assume it is probably just a cramp. My concern is if I pulled it or not. If it was pulled and has a tear, that could mean that if I stretch it, it could get worse possible. I'll drink maybe just 2 beers tonight and plenty of water and stretch it out.
It's great that you're staying hydrated and being cautious with your leg; it's likely just a cramp, but if the pain persists or worsens, consider consulting a healthcare professional to rule out any injury. ❤️
I had found that a beer or 2, wine or even a shot or 2 of whiskey, (not all at the same time) would cause my legs to cramp up to my groin and getting out of bed or trying to walk was dreadfully painful and nearly impossible at night. On RUclips, someone suggested 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar with "Mother" in it. (Thank you whoever you are). Something I never heard of in vinegar. in 8 oz. of water. As an expert in vitamins and supplements I was very skeptical and would usually drink 24 oz. of water until the pain went away except for a residual pain that lasted for a day or 2. It usually took 15 to 20 minutes. Surprisingly, I DID find at the supermarket Apple Cider Vinegar with "Mother" in it and bought it. I couldn't believe there was such a product. Long story short, I was awakened by severe leg cramps and didn't have a drink at all! I took the 2 tablespoons of vinegar in 8 oz of water, (tasted awful but who cared), and the pain went away in 5 minutes, 5 MINUTES! I'm am now a believer and added it to my medical expertise list.
It sounds like you might be experiencing restless legs syndrome or muscle cramps; I recommend consulting a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

@TravisG-lj9dz It sounds like you’re dealing with a recent injury, and you’re absolutely right-rest is key for healing. Avoiding activities that strain the affected area is crucial to prevent further damage. Listening to your body and giving it the time it needs to recover is the best approach. If the pain persists or worsens, consider consulting a healthcare professional for guidance. Take care, and I hope you feel better soon!
my father has very hard left calf muscles, right muscle is fine but left is harder for like 4-5 years he has more pain on left leg and relieved by pressing, idk which one of the above causes are cause of his leg pain, if anyone can tell the diagnosis i would be greatful.
@JustATroll-rq3ph It sounds like your father could be experiencing muscle tightness, cramping, or even a condition like peripheral artery disease (PAD) or a muscle imbalance. Since the issue has persisted for years, it’s best for him to consult a healthcare professional who can perform an examination and maybe run tests to identify the cause. Hopefully, he can find some relief soon!
Sudden calf cramps can be intense and uncomfortable. If you're experiencing persistent pain after a cramp, you may find relief by gently massaging the affected area, applying heat or cold packs, and doing gentle stretching exercises. Drinking plenty of water and ensuring you have an adequate intake of electrolytes, like potassium and magnesium, may also help prevent future cramps. If the pain persists or becomes severe, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation, as there could be underlying causes contributing to the cramps.

@EllaBella-76 It's understandable to be very concerned given your symptoms and family history with DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis). Calf pain, dizziness, and difficulty walking could be serious, especially with your history. I strongly recommend seeking immediate medical attention to rule out DVT or other potentially life-threatening conditions. Your health and safety are the top priority right now.
Today when I was in a deep sleep my left lower leg muscle started hurting very badly. This was not the first time I was experiencing this. It often happens either after waking up or early in the morning, is this a cause you worry?
@MANISHKUMAR-v5c It sounds like you're experiencing leg cramps, which can be common during sleep or early in the morning. These cramps could be caused by dehydration, muscle fatigue, or even a lack of certain minerals like potassium, calcium, or magnesium. While occasional cramps aren't usually a cause for concern, if they happen frequently or become more painful, it’s a good idea to consult a doctor to rule out any underlying conditions. Staying hydrated, stretching before bed, and ensuring a balanced diet can help prevent them. 😊
I usually get this from stiff muscles not walking enough outside because of my scoliosis disk pain or because I just got cellulitis infection from a cut on the side of my calf lower leg. Can this have done these spasms to me improper shoes or not loose enough clothes or sleeping on the leather couch for years with blankets under my leg? This is the worst pain I scream when it tightens the pain is awful and is the hard muscle. Any suggestions appreciated. 😢
@gingercarco Muscle spasms can indeed be triggered by a combination of factors such as poor posture, improper footwear, inadequate movement, or existing conditions like scoliosis and cellulitis. Tight or ill-fitting clothes, prolonged periods on hard or uneven surfaces, and insufficient stretching can exacerbate muscle tension. To alleviate these spasms, consider incorporating regular gentle stretching, using supportive footwear, ensuring proper posture, and possibly seeing a physical therapist. Also, addressing the cellulitis and any underlying infections with your healthcare provider is crucial. Staying hydrated and maintaining a comfortable sleeping environment can also help reduce muscle pain.
@Perlaravi48 The symptoms you're describing-weakness, muscle loss, a pulling sensation, and tingling-following blood donation could be related to the body's reaction to the procedure. While it's uncommon, some people might experience temporary issues like these after donating blood due to changes in circulation or iron levels. It's important to stay well-hydrated and replenish any lost nutrients. However, if these symptoms persist or worsen, you should consult a healthcare professional to ensure there isn’t an underlying issue that needs attention.
It's best to consult a healthcare professional promptly for a thorough assessment, as persistent calf pain could indicate an underlying condition requiring treatment.
Awesome info. I have been experiencing calf pain and the bottom of my feet really sting as well as the heels. I already have neck, shoulder, back pain and carpal tunnel. I'm going to make a doctor's appointment
@karenbrown6348 It’s great that you’re planning to make a doctor’s appointment, especially given the range of symptoms you’re experiencing, from calf pain to stinging feet and existing issues with neck, shoulder, back pain, and carpal tunnel. These symptoms might be interconnected, possibly due to nerve or circulatory issues, so a thorough evaluation by your doctor will be crucial in identifying the root cause and getting the right treatment to manage your discomfort.
Ok hear me out I have talked to physical therapists, doctors, gone to massages and no one has been able to answer what is wrong with my calves. First things first my right calf which is the one that has the most issues. I have no control of my gastrocnemius muscle. Everytime I try to flex that calf my Soleus muscle fully cramps every time without fail. Not sure if this is relevant but my feet also cramp. My left calf which is not as bad as my right but still has issues. I have control over my gastrocnemius but it cramps nearly every time I contract. I am on the taller end at 6’7 and just turned 22. Anyone got any ideas?
It sounds like you might be experiencing muscle imbalances or nerve issues; a specialist in neuromuscular medicine or an orthopedic physician could provide a more precise diagnosis.
Experiencing a needle-like sensation in your calf could indicate a nerve issue; if it persists or worsens, please consult a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation.
Sometimes I’ll be sitting ont he couch and I’ll have extreme cat pain for 5 mins straight and I’ll be drying t and screaming in pain, I have to wait it out then I CANT move it for 10+mins without starting all over again, what do I do? (I’m a hobby horses and do jumps and stuff nearly every day or so, so it’s does cause strain ig)
Experiencing extreme calf pain after physical activity could indicate muscle strain or a more serious condition like a deep vein thrombosis; please consult a healthcare provider immediately for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
@keifferstalbos I'm sorry to hear that your leg hurts when you run! It sounds like you might have strained your calf muscle, which can happen if you run really fast or suddenly. This kind of pain is usually not serious, but it's important to take care of it so it doesn't get worse. Here are a few things you can try: 1. **Rest**: Take it easy for a day or two and avoid running or jumping to give your calf muscle a chance to heal. 2. **Ice**: If you have some ice or an ice pack, you can wrap it in a towel and place it on your calf for about 15 minutes. This can help reduce any swelling and ease the pain. 3. **Stretching**: After resting, gently stretching your calf muscle might help. Stand facing a wall, place your hands on the wall, and gently lean forward with one leg behind you, keeping your heel on the ground. 4. **Elevation**: If possible, prop up your leg on a pillow when you're sitting or lying down to help reduce any swelling. If the pain continues or gets worse, it might be a good idea to talk to a teacher, parent, or guardian so they can help you figure out what to do next. Taking care of your body now will help you stay strong and healthy!
Bro I also hit legs 2 days back and played football on the next day, now I can't even walk and my calves are killing me. How long did urs last for man?
@ELIATEBRO Wow, walking for just one day at school really had an impact! It sounds like your body is adjusting to the activity. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated to avoid discomfort. Over time, your body will adapt, and it should get easier. Keep moving-it's great for your health! 🚶♀️👟
It's possible that you're experiencing claudication; please consult with a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation and appropriate management. ❤️
Experiencing calf pain after sleep that recurs intermittently might indicate issues like muscle strain or poor circulation; consider consulting a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation.
@General_MacArthur If you're only experiencing this rash and blisters on your right leg, it could point to something like shingles, which often affects one side of the body, or a localized skin irritation or infection. Since it's been two weeks and you're still dealing with symptoms, it's essential to consult your doctor again for a thorough check-up. They might need to reassess your condition or adjust your medication to ensure you're getting the right treatment for the problem.
@Kingtrollface259 If you suspect a blood clot, it's crucial to seek medical attention immediately. Calf pain, especially if it's sudden, severe, or accompanied by swelling, redness, or warmth, can be a sign of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), which requires prompt diagnosis and treatment. Your healthcare provider can perform tests to determine if a blood clot is present and provide appropriate treatment.

Calf pain after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine is not a common side effect, but it could be related to various factors such as muscle strain, dehydration, or even an unrelated condition like a muscle cramp. However, it's important to be cautious, as calf pain could also be a sign of something more serious, like a blood clot (deep vein thrombosis), especially if it's persistent, accompanied by swelling, warmth, or redness. If you're concerned or the pain persists, it's a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider to rule out any serious issues and to get personalized advice.
I cramped my calf myself and the calf has change its position and my calf is bigger then my other leg calf can u tell me what can I do so my leg can come back in position
Processed foods, which can be high in salt, unhealthy fats, and additives, are known contributors to various health issues. While calf pain can be influenced by multiple factors, including diet, it's crucial to maintain a balanced and nutritious diet to support overall well-being and reduce the risk of inflammation and muscle discomfort. Consider consulting with a healthcare provider if calf pain persists to rule out any underlying conditions and explore lifestyle changes that can improve your health.

Been working at this job were we move heavy furniture and my right calf and foot have been hurting so much I don’t feel nothing on my left leg that one’s fine but my right one hurts so bad I’m ready to quit this job
It sounds like you may be experiencing strain or injury in your right calf and foot; it's essential to seek medical advice to prevent further damage and ensure proper treatment ❤️.

It’s not my calf but right under it. It feels tight and I feel it on the arch of my foot
I got shot with a pellet rifle in the calf. I have cramps every 2 mins and bleed from the wound constantly. any tips lmao
Both lower legs weakness with muscle loss and soft muscles , pulling sensation and sometimes body tingling , this happened after blood donation.
My son 23 yrs old having calf pain when he walks, what to do please help... He is struggling from last 6 months
I feeling a stick ing like someone sticking me with needle in my calf and touch that area and pray over it an I put peppermin on it
Experiencing a needle-like sensation in your calf could indicate a nerve issue; if it persists or worsens, please consult a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation.
Calf pain 24/7 😢

Bro I'm a kid and my leg hurts when I run very fast going back to my classroom
@keifferstalbos I'm sorry to hear that your leg hurts when you run! It sounds like you might have strained your calf muscle, which can happen if you run really fast or suddenly. This kind of pain is usually not serious, but it's important to take care of it so it doesn't get worse.
Here are a few things you can try:

This is from walking at school for a day. 1 DAY
@ELIATEBRO Wow, walking for just one day at school really had an impact! It sounds like your body is adjusting to the activity. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated to avoid discomfort. Over time, your body will adapt, and it should get easier. Keep moving-it's great for your health! 🚶♀️👟

Both calfs hurt.
sorry to hear about your discomfort
Only time i get this stupid pain is after sleeping and its not every time its been about a year since the last one since it just happened again today
Experiencing calf pain after sleep that recurs intermittently might indicate issues like muscle strain or poor circulation; consider consulting a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation.
My legs hurt after russian dance idk if thats normal
A doctor can provide accurate diagnosis and ease concerns.
I only half this problem on my right leg
@General_MacArthur If you're only experiencing this rash and blisters on your right leg, it could point to something like shingles, which often affects one side of the body, or a localized skin irritation or infection. Since it's been two weeks and you're still dealing with symptoms, it's essential to consult your doctor again for a thorough check-up. They might need to reassess your condition or adjust your medication to ensure you're getting the right treatment for the problem.
only in one leg ,I suspect a blood clot
@Kingtrollface259 If you suspect a blood clot, it's crucial to seek medical attention immediately. Calf pain, especially if it's sudden, severe, or accompanied by swelling, redness, or warmth, can be a sign of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), which requires prompt diagnosis and treatment. Your healthcare provider can perform tests to determine if a blood clot is present and provide appropriate treatment.

Covid shots!??? Had 3...

What's a 'go shot'?
I blame some processed foods
Processed foods, which can be high in salt, unhealthy fats, and additives, are known contributors to various health issues. While calf pain can be influenced by multiple factors, including diet, it's crucial to maintain a balanced and nutritious diet to support overall well-being and reduce the risk of inflammation and muscle discomfort. Consider consulting with a healthcare provider if calf pain persists to rule out any underlying conditions and explore lifestyle changes that can improve your health.
