You got that right! In our opinion of course ;)

In my opinion of course ❤💯
Thanks guys
I had this injury from playing soccer. I re-injured myself a few times and started to think I was just too old (45 at the time) and would never recover. I wish I had seen this video the first time I was hurt. I’m back in the game now thanks to you.
The is the best calf treatment video I've seen on the internet. Definitely supports your claim of being the most famous physical therapists on the internet. "In our own opinion of course, Bob."
You guys are great. I love your quotes too. "Food is the most abused anxiety drug. Exercise is the most underutilized antidepressant." Is that an original from you two?
Yes!! So true!!
@@browncatwithblurredbackgro2461 I know what it's like to be clinically depressed. Exercise is PART of the solution. Of course there are different levels and there is a customized approach always required. Nothing is a magic bullet.
Bob and Brad always there at my lowest 😢. I watched their videos when I tore my Achilles tendon. I’m back again after a year, this time I tore my left calf muscle 😅
Dude. Same exact thing here. Right Achilles and the left calf. I wonder if there’s a some correlation there. Maybe overcompensating on the left leg from the injured Achilles? Hmm…
OMG, these guys just described my issue immediately and gave me the solution.
Glad we could help
My recovery from my calf strain a year ago would have probably taken more than a year without your help! Thank you!
Great guiding by both of you guys ..
It actually helped in alleviate the strain.
👍👍
Thank you Bob and Brad! I can't tell you how much grateful I am for all the work you guys are doing!! These videos have helped me multiple times as I play football... Thanks once again!!
Thank you Bob and Brad. Your treatment totally works. I use a tennis ball instead of a finger and roll across the muscle for 20 minuets while watching TV. My badly injured calf was cured in two weeks.

You guys are great! This is the third time I've watched a video for injury and I just get solid advice from these guys and their techniques and methods work I don't know what I would do without you guys.
Last year I was struggling with back pain and I tried their pod and it was life-changing for me I don't know what I would have done without their advice. And this year I had a calf injury and again I wasn't sure what to do and I'm doing their methods and it's very effective.
God bless you guys in the good work you guys are doing keep it up.
This was amazing!! I blew out my calf muscle same location you described playing tennis.. Never felt a pop like that in my life. I could barely walk.. I did this massage thing for a good solid five minutes, and it friggin worked!! Holy friggin crap.. I was not able to push off on it at all before- now I can!! Unreal!!
Hey how is your leg doing?
@@lemuelbecc All good, thanks!! I’m definitely more mindful of my vulnerabilities as I age…
I don’t know.. I work a physically demanding job.. I bake out in the sun, I sweat, I have to carry heavy, awkward things up to/down to undesirable, awkward places… I attribute that particular injury to me not being adequately hydrated, as well as maybe lacking nutritionally (vitamins, minerals… etc.) Sometimes, I am my own worst enemy.. lol
@@mlke4258 right on, glad it healed up!
Instant relief, you are both absolute legends and have earned my subscription, thanks to both of you.
These videos have helped me a lot. Bob and Brad are great.
I can now walk again after these massages and instructions along with your older videos related with the calf muscles. Thanks. I had calf muscle tear after doing an intense session of standing calf raises and could barely walk.
How I healed myself:
I injured it on Thursday, sore on friday, could barely walk on Saturday. I found these guys on Sunday and by late Monday I was good to go.
+The massage at 3:40 This is a MUST do and what jump started the healing faster. 2:54 he explains why this massage is critical to do.
+Walking lightly on toes until I can walk with calf muscle support. Walking was so important for recovery for me as laying down too much did not help me heal faster.
+Frozen water bottle and/or Rolling Pin and massage and roll it on the injured calf muscles (gastrocnemius for me with the medial in bigger pain)
+Stretching lightly without causing too much sharp pain. If in pain when stretching go back to massages/ice like they said
+Extras: bought Icy Patch cream but by that time I was already feeling better due to the other methods above and the other instructions they said. I did not use the tape method but try it if you can.
Thank you! I also did a lot of calf raises and I'm in so much pain I couldn't go to school today but hopefully with these tips I will heal faster! Thanks again!
@@ijwd424 did you heal?
@@dsvdv-7349 Yes, I healed very quickly! The first and second day I could barely walk however I found this video on the second day. The third day I was still in a lot of pain but I could move around more. By the fourth day I could put my heels on the floor and actually walk without my crutches (with a sligt limp though) however I was still in a little pain. The massages are what really helped me the most. My calf muscle was so tight and they really helped relax it and I noticed a huge difference after just one day. I also did some very light stretches like pointing and flexing my toes which really helped. As soon as you can walk without much difficulty, walk around a little, it really helps. After 5 days I could walk with little pain and by the end of the week everything seemed completely fine 🙂 hope this helps!
I Can't Walk Injury While Playing Soccer Oh Man Its Painfull
@@ijwd424 Did your calf problem recur or have you been fine since while continuing to exercise (they say once you injure something it's more likely to happen again). I'm not sure when to start exercising again?
Guys, I just wanted to thank you for this video! I strained my calf this morning while running, and it's nice to know what I need to do and what I can expect! You earned another subscriber fellas!
You guys are awesome, you’ve fixed my hamstrings and now my calf strains from running. Many thanks from the UK.
You guys literally saved my legs!!! I got a terrible running injury on my left leg and I could not recover. I watched this video started doing everything you said and I feel 80% better today! Can't wait to be back to 100% and back to running.
Hey how is your leg doing?
The taping technique at about 8:35 worked wonderfully for me! I have had recurring calf strains when I increase my running and it had became very frustrating. After an interval workout one day, I felt a painful strain in my calf. I tried this taping technique and felt absolutely no pain the next time I ran! Now I tape up before every run (using sports tape, not KT). It's been more than a month, and no more calf pain. Anyway, my two cents. Thanks guys!
If your fingers get tired massaging, try lying on your back with bent knees, and put your sore calf on your other knee. Move it around to massage
works doesn't it
Use knuckles
Frozen water bottle helps
I like your name
@@creations2548 I'm not able to straighten my legs😂
The massage worked wonders. You guys are wonderful! Thank you!
Thank you for sharing this info is amazing it works, God bless you guys.
You guys are great! Thanks for all the knowledge and information.
Thank you for your suggestions. They are helping me with me healing process.
Thanks guys, this is really helpful and you guys are fun to watch! I watched your previous video on checking whether you have Achilles tendonitis or not and I feel so much better that I was showing none of the symptoms
I had a bad calf pull this past weekend, it was as hard as a rock. Saw your video and on the second ady I started that massaging technique and it was amazing. It was instant relief.
Very helpful! Thanks for putting this out.
Thank you so much! I either sprained or tore my calf yesterday and couldn’t put any weight on my leg or flex my foot. After following your instructions I am back to walking almost normal today!
I just had this!! Felt like 3 pops in my calf! So Apple ice and elevate ?? What else? It hurts too
@@midotvadventure504 hopefully you’re all good now but u should elevate use ice and use crutches everywhere you go, after i while just try almost limping around or just try flexing it and see if there’s any improvement because it will heal by itself. if there is still pain then i suggest going to go check because it may be a more major tear.
Ty I was wondering what to do couldnt find any information about this and boom this video is exactly what I needed
You guys are great! I have been searching for this. Thank you.
I have done the massage for a week .. I am feeling much better . Thank you so much for your Chanel !

Thank you for your help you guys are the only ones that help me with my pain
Thanks! Positivity and light to you both
This is really very effective .I got relieved by doing this way
Thanks a lot 🙏🏻
I'm not sure exactly what I've done a month ago to my calf but I was running and did a quick movement and heard a pop. I couldn't walk nor, stand. I took off crossfit for almost a month, returned and pain was on and off. I did the self treatment as these gentlemen suggest and I feel great. I didn't think about using fingers like that. Felt incredible. Thank you guys!
Thank you for sharing. The massaging technique indeed works immediately, it has been about 3 days since my tear.
Thanks Bob & Brad. Will start doing it tonite.
Oh boy, been nursing a bad injury for a week. Thought stretching was good and message was bad. Watched this video and felt relief right away, will do this till my ortho appointment in a couple days. Thanks guys

Great video. Just done this at the weekend. Fantastic information.
These guys are awesome. This video and the Calf strain or Clot one really save me some anxiety and helped me heal. 👊🏼 thanks guys
Thank you very much, I play tennis, and my calf muscle pulled while playing. You have helped to heal my back problems with tour exercises and recommendations. I will definitely do these exercises.
Thank you! You guys have saved me so many times🙏
Thanks for the great advise. A calf compression sleeve also helps alleviate some of the initial pain after the injury.
thanks guys! much appreciated
you guys are just simply amazing. what a god send of advice.
U guys are good! Thanks for the help..
Thank you very much for this. The massaging helped immensely!
I'm not sure what tricks you guys are 'pulling' but IT WORKED. I've seen all 3 of your videos on a calf strain and after doing the massage, my calf feels GREAT. I did all the stretches you recommend and I was back working out within a week.
Don't forget .. while you're working on healing your ailing body parts make sure your spirit is uplifted coz they both work harmoniously. Good luck everyone with your self therapy and thank you Bob & Brad for all your input and advice.
Excellent video. Thanks for being my therapist!!

Thanks boys excellent advice. Time to put into practise.
Thank you so much for this.
Wow thanks for the advice
You guys are AWESOME! Thank you! The "side-note" at 5:31 was for me. I mildly twisted my ankle 14 days ago and then realized how sore my calves are (probably from inactivity). Thank you!
I appreciate your help and love your presentation :)
I swear, you are my go to guide! I love you guys!🥰
Thank you so much 🙌🏽 I feel better
As always you guys made a great video.
This was so helpful thank you
If I wear shoes with heels my calfs instantly relax... As soon as I walk in flat shoes.... I am doomed
Pansy Flower that’s because your calfs, hamstrings and hip flexors are tight. You need to work your whole lower body and release the tightness in order to work.
The high heels “shortness” your calfs that’s the reason why you feel release and the flat shoes stretches your calf and that’s the ase why you feel pai
@@chayrelmonzon1652 sounds more like ankle immobility
you are the best , Thanks for the great video
You guys are awesome!
Appreciate the videos guys 🙌🏼. Watched you guys for a very long time and strained my calf playing soccer. Thought it was feeling ok as I’ve played through all minor injuries but a week later and as soon as I pushed off I felt it knot up and get tight again. Likely made it worse. A week later it felt better but as soon as I took a mild shot I felt it again 🤦🏻♂️.
Paying the price for being impatient but I’m positive From your explanations I’m tearing scar tissue over and over and likely over-stretching it. Time to follow your advice and take my time with it.
Thank you for this!
Thanks guys.
Came here after hiking Cathedral Rock. The massage is bringing me to tears but is helping. I can feel a knot
When do you start strengthening? When there’s no swelling and leg feels normal again?
Thank You !! That was good information :-)
You guys are the best!
Thanks you guys. Yall need a youtube medical award. 👍👍
It's really useful and so easy and simple
Hi guys saw your video this morning, this video much better and you guys I tried the muscle rub and it works!!!!
I have had problem with left lower calf, it did become red and doctors thought cellulitis or osteomyelitis. That's gone now with antibiotics, but now 5 weeks still issue! I've tried all sorts and they work only temporarily I was beginning to lose faith until I saw your video!
I tried your muscle massage this morning only managed 5 minutes but omg it's really helped! I am going to continue with this, so hopefully I will finally be sorted. Thank you for doing this video :)
U guys r gold
Awesome stuff
Amazing! The tape trick totally works as well though!
I was pretty stressed out on sunday after hurting my left calf while playing tennis. This video is giving me hope to recover. Thanks guys.
This is working ty guys 👍🏼👍🏼
